Also met briefly with Isabella to initial the contract. They were a little busier when I came back on Friday but it went smoothly and took about an hour from walking in the door to driving off the lot in my new escape. Isabella was very informative and really cares about the customer. Great selection of vehicles, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping in if you need a car. I will be using the service dept for future car maintenance as well. Thanks for making it a great experience. More

Mike was not pushy nor did he make us feel rushed into a purchase. He was professional, personable and honest when it came to answering all of our questions. We appreciated his honesty and patience with us. He was a pleasure to purchase from! After purchasing our vehicle, we went to Samm Thomas in financing to seal the deal. She was the BEST way to end our experience with Griffin Ford! She was equally professional, knowledgeable and concerned with our budget, as well as future care of our truck. She has an excellent sense of humor and never made us feel uneasy or unsure of the options she offered us. She stayed within our budget (down to the penny!) and was an absolute joy to meet, as we have had experiences in the past where the financing departments at other dealers can rattle off numbers quickly and ask for your signature even quicker.
