Best dealership I've been to My wife and I were looking to buy a second car and this was our first and only stop. We've gone car shopping in the past and have had some horrible ex My wife and I were looking to buy a second car and this was our first and only stop. We've gone car shopping in the past and have had some horrible experiences at other dealers, but from the start, it was a very laid back experience. There was no sales pressure and for the most part, the dealer let us steer the conversation. We told him about a crossover we saw online and he took us right to it. He let us take it for a test drive and when we sat down to talk details, he didn't ask us about price, payment, features, upselling or any of that typical car sales stuff. We had a price in mind that we were hoping to talk them down to, but this was only our second time buying a car, so they did a pretty good job of standing firm. They did give us some leeway, but not much. Besides that fact, everything else was very comfortable. The paperwork took an average amount of time, but the Financial Representative/Business Manager (Samm Thomas, with two m's) was very personable. She gave us additional options, but once again, no pressure and worked with us on financing. Overall, it was a favorable experience. More

2017 Escape Walked in the door and was greeted by Nick. I had a few escapes I wanted to look at, test drove them and also met with Mike to figure out the payment Walked in the door and was greeted by Nick. I had a few escapes I wanted to look at, test drove them and also met with Mike to figure out the payment and trade in numbers. Both were very nice and easy to work with. Also met briefly with Isabella to initial the contract. They were a little busier when I came back on Friday but it went smoothly and took about an hour from walking in the door to driving off the lot in my new escape. Isabella was very informative and really cares about the customer. Great selection of vehicles, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping in if you need a car. I will be using the service dept for future car maintenance as well. Thanks for making it a great experience. More
