Excellent experience We found a car online that we were interested in, after test driving it we realized it was not what we were looking for. Mark helped us look at other AWD used cars they had in stock. We found a great car at a great price. The whole process went quickly and we were driving our new car home a few hours after arriving at the dealership. An excellent experience, we will definitely shop at Griffin for our next car. More

True to their word. I was in a bit of a pinch. My motor on my truck blew and the cost to get a new one was not worth it. All of the other dealerships i talked to offered I was in a bit of a pinch. My motor on my truck blew and the cost to get a new one was not worth it. All of the other dealerships i talked to offered me $1000 or less trade in or just refused to give me an answer. Griffin offered me a substantial amount more and their vehicles had less miles and more options for a better price to begin with of their used selection. Can't get any better than that. Highly recommend them. More

He was also extremely responsive when I needed an owner's manual that was not in the glove box when I got the vehicle home. The scores listed below reflect my opinion and value for Steve's service. I Did Not appreciate the finance departments method of business.(Individual Needs to Listen to customers request and Respect the Customers answers). As a customer I DO NOT like answering a question more than once or twice. If it was not for the positive experience on the front end I would not have purchased this vehicle from Griffin Ford.
