Great, hassle free experience! My wife and I had been looking to upgrade to a bigger truck and we found one online that we loved. We went to Griffin Ford to take a look at it. As we My wife and I had been looking to upgrade to a bigger truck and we found one online that we loved. We went to Griffin Ford to take a look at it. As we were looking, one of the salesmen, Briar Huffman casually asked if we needed help finding anything. We explained what we were looking for and he helped us to locate it. He gave us the keys to look at it inside and out and then copied our IDs and let us take it for a drive. We drove it for quite awhile and loved it. There wasn’t a single moment where Briar pressured us to get a deal done or anything and that’s what ultimately lead us to purchasing the F150. Great salesman and not pushy or arrogant at all. We had a great experience with the whole team and will do business in the future. Thanks again for all the help!! More

Amazing service from entering the lot to signing papers! We came to Griffin Ford with no idea of what we wanted and no anticipation of actually finding something we loved. Dave took the time to listen to ou We came to Griffin Ford with no idea of what we wanted and no anticipation of actually finding something we loved. Dave took the time to listen to our needs and desires for our next family vehicle and we couldn’t be more happy with his service. He talked to us like humans, not a salesman, and was patient through the whole experience, not pushy at all and didn’t try to sell “other” stuff with the car like the normal car buying experience is. We took time to pick out a car, test drove a 2015 Ford Edge, and because of Dave’s knowledge and understanding of what we wanted, we narrowed it down so great that we didn’t even need to drive another car, this was it! Dave also worked hard to get us an amazing trade in price on our current vehicle, we were astounded at what they were able to give us! Isabel in the finance department went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible for the new car and also took her time and was patient with us explaining everything so we could understand what we were buying and our payments!
