Very Pleased My husband and I stopped at Griffin Ford on a whim while headed to another dealer. We had already been at two dealerships prior and were not overly im My husband and I stopped at Griffin Ford on a whim while headed to another dealer. We had already been at two dealerships prior and were not overly impressed with the customer service. From the moment we pulled in the lot we were welcomed and showed to the used car area. Tony F. was awesome! He was very thorough in showing us vehicles. He gave us privacy when needed to have our intimate conversations, allowed us to test drive alone, but still was available and ready to answer questions. When it came down to talk numbers we pulled up a car from a competing car dealership. Without being pushy or rude, Tony pulled up the carfax and showed us that the car had been re titled due it it's lemon status. Something we missed. We felt like he was a really honest guy who was just trying to get us in the best car he could. The financing process was easy. We came in with a preapproval and Griffin compared rates to make sure we had the lowest possible. They actually financed us through someone else for a quarter percent less. Couldn't have been happier with the experience. More

Overall not too bad I thought when I offered only $671 under asking price that I was being fair and Tony came back with $250 under. Still was a fair deal, just disappointed because I was not trying to undercut them! Finance took much longer than I thought it would but maybe that's just how it works. I will go more prepared next time. More
