I believe I just leased vehicle #20, a 2018 Explorer Platinum. Frank has been great to deal with, as well as Kay in finance. The service department has always provided great service and the "perky lady" who answers the phone is always polite and professional. Can't imagine buying a car or truck elsewhere. If they don't have what you want, they'll get it for you!! More

Totally better than some other places I've been. Viewing a used car, they made sure i saw everything i asked to see, even some things other customers NEVER ask about. Took the car for a test drive. Looked at the Carfax and service record. Came to an agreement on a fair price with Anton Lak ( Used car manager ). Anton confirmed Carfax and service records and offered an extended warranty that made sense. 5 year 60,000 mile. Can't stress enough how enjoyable this buying experience was. I will highly recommend Griffin Ford especially the service I recieved from Anton Lak. More
