We were greeted by a very nice man (name ?), who showed us where we could.find Dave. Dave was very friendly,, and had everything waiting for us! We test drove a 2009 Ford Escape. And now we own it. The entire process was very smooth. Dave answered every question we had. He made us feel comfortable with our choice to buy the vehicle. Samm Thomas completed our transaction with the kind of enthusiasm and knowledge you don’t see much anymore! We had to make a trip to our credit union to pick up the check. While we were gone, Dave had the vehicle cleaned. The floor mats were put in, AND we got a full tank of gas. Excellent experience. Your Griffin team rates an A+ in my book! The drive was worth it. The service department has always provided great service and the "perky lady" who answers the phone is always polite and professional. Can't imagine buying a car or truck elsewhere.
