Unfortunately the title was not with the car but they allowed me to still take the vehicle that day even though they couldn't sell it until they got the title. It was truly great customer service. On line shopping I found a vehicle I thought we would like on line. found all of the vehicle specs and a very complete car fax report. Tony called to confirm a meeting to see the vehicle. We went in to see the vehicle and took it for a ride. We were quite pleased with the condition of the vehicle inside and out. I talked with Tony and couldn't get any discount on the cost but I was offered a more than fair value for my trade in, sight unseen. I gave Tony a small payment to save the vehicle and scheduled to close the deal and pick up the vehicle the next day. We hope the vehicle is going to last us 15 years as did the one that we traded in. Tony was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our experience with him. More
