Excellent Customer Service We were interested in a used car that we could use to tow behind a Motor Home. Based on prior experience and current research, we looked for a Ford. I contacted Griffin online Sunday evening, and was contacted by Dave Nutt on Monday morning. He invited me to come in for a test drive. We were very impressed with Dave's approach to the sale. He provided all information requested, and other important information to consider. He was respectful of our time, and was not high pressure. We agreed on a price, and he took care of everything from there. We settled on a time for pick up with minimal time and effort. He met with us briefly when we arrived, and introduced us to Alex Calarco to handle the paperwork. Our agreed price was exact to the penny on the paperwork, and Alex gave us options of adding various overages. He was not high pressure, but rather just provided adequate information for making a decision. We had an excellent experience throughout the process, and would highly recommend Griffin Ford. More

From starting the test drive to driving off the lot it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We did have to wait around 20 minutes while they prepared our paper work, but it didn't feel very long. They have a nice waiting room with a TV, magazines, couches, and complimentary beverages. As for the price, it seemed to be within a few hundred dollars of the KBB fair market price. Overall, it was a positive experience. More
