From starting the test drive to driving off the lot it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We did have to wait around 20 minutes while they prepared our paper work, but it didn't feel very long. They have a nice waiting room with a TV, magazines, couches, and complimentary beverages. As for the price, it seemed to be within a few hundred dollars of the KBB fair market price. Overall, it was a positive experience. More

I drove from Louisville KY to Waukesha, WI and traded in my GMC Terrain for a Toyota Tacoma. Nick, and the team at Griffin made my transaction and trade in effortless. Additionally as I am an out of state buyer Nick has followed through and helped with anything I have asked for in order to get my car registered in the state of KY. I had a tire pressure light on, and Griffin mailed me a check to cover the cost to fix which was related to a seal on the gas cap and then some.
