The repair shop couldn't guarantee same-day service because the suspension specialist had already My truck broke a tie-rod mid-morning on my day off. The repair shop couldn't guarantee same-day service because the suspension specialist had already left about noon. But they called with the estimate about 2 hours later, and had the truck ready to pick up before 6:00 PM! Good service and accurate estimate made the experience as painless as possible. Definitely would recommend this service center (it is my usual go-to repair shop). More

Not only are the 2019 Explorer and F150 Lariat great vehicles for us, the delivery and training were flawless. I have already mastered the upgraded technology....who knew I could receive text messages on my display AND have the digital voice read them to me while I keep my aging eyes on the road? Even Henry Ford couldn’t have imagined power, comfort and technology like this. Seriously, as a member of the over 65 Club, the technology has become pretty easy to master and very intuitive. When I got confused, all I needed was to look at one of the Ford video links that are referenced and my questions were cleared up. Frank is very easy to work with and his service guys called me back immediately when I had a question about the key fob.....operator error on my part. I checked pricing at 3-4 dealerships and Griffin was very the best for these vehicles. You can trust these people. More

Directed me to the spacious, comfy, wifi equipped lounge where TV, reading material, free refreshments and snacks were all available. Had "The Works" package done - synthetic blend oil & filter change, tire rotation, inspection and fluid top offs. They also plugged a slow leaking tire for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. Sadly, I had to return for my lug key. The technician forgot to put it back in my vehicle. I should have double checked before driving home. I called to have it set aside and the Service Advisor gave me a certificate for my next visit. Couldn't be happier. More
