This was after three straight service calls for the purpose to determining the source of the problem. Your service department finally turned the vehicle (a 2016 Fusion) over to your Collision Department, and Jim was able to finally determine the source of the problem and fix it. More

Auto body repair I was impressed from beginning to end!! The scheduling was seamless, the quality of work superb and the price was reasonable. The waiting area is extremely nice with large screen TVs, comfortable seating, a fireplace, beverages and snacks. I went to pick up my car and was surprised that they had washed it. Consistently disappointed by the service department. I have had several, three separate, appointments for the service department were multiple issues needed to be addressed on my vehicle and I brought i I have had several, three separate, appointments for the service department were multiple issues needed to be addressed on my vehicle and I brought in an physical list for them. … When I come to pick up the vehicle one of the items is incomplete, and I’m offered the opportunity to set another appointment in the future. But it is inconvenient for me to be without of a vehicle that I need for work. This past winter I got a flat tire. After changing my tire in over 10 inches of snow on the side of the road I was surprised to find my spare tire had about 5 pounds of pressure in it.... especially since I had been in for multiple “the works “oil changes recently. The largest disappointment in this vehicle purchase is the prepaid maintenance oil change package that I’ve sold… I was not going to purchase this package but the one thing that the woman told me that made me buy it was this, she said; “that when I come in for a works oil change they plug the vehicle into the computer system every time to make sure that it is operating correctly and if there any updates for the computer system those are installed immediately” … So , A week before my most recent scheduled oil change my service engine light comes on, I called the dealership to ask if they will be able to diagnose the light during the oil change, and I’m told they are too busy plus the lube technician does not have the training to do this. So I took it to AutoZone and in 30 seconds some 16-year-old kid with a $12 tool told me what the light meant. The guys working at AutoZone agreed that it was an omissions issue and an update for the computer system would probably void the light… I was happy thinking my oil change was coming up and that the service department was going to plug-in and update my truck computer next week. When I arrive from my oil change that morning I had mentioned to the technician the light situation and the computer update that I was expecting… He looked at me like I was an idiot and said we don’t do that we’ve never done that we don’t plug-in vehicles during oil changes… My level of disappointment was unmeasurable at that moment. More
