Absolutely recommend! After receiving a ‘hard sale’ pitch from a nearby dealership, we took a deep breath and approached Griffin Ford with trepidation. They had a used car After receiving a ‘hard sale’ pitch from a nearby dealership, we took a deep breath and approached Griffin Ford with trepidation. They had a used car, a Ford Fusion, on their website that we were interested in looking at. Our experience could not have gone more smoothly! Dave Nutt greeted us with a friendly smile, shook our hands and informed us he was there to help. He also told us, if we decided against the car, that was okay too. He shared a few of the car’s highlights and sent us on a test drive. We were impressed by the smoothness of the ride and the comfort of the interior. It does not have great acceleration, but that was not an issue for us. There was another Fusion, with fewer miles and a leather interior, at a Milwaukee dealer which we had intended look at if we liked this one. We never made it to the other dealer because this car was great and Dave made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. When we came back the next day to pick the car up, Dave had taken the initiative to have his mechanics soften a small dent in the passenger door. The car was cleaned, prepped and ready to go. Phil, the finance manager, helped us complete the paperwork. He explained each document and even included a privacy protection form so the DMV would not release our information. Both Dave and Phil were conversational and friendly throughout the experience and, even though the car was for my husband, they addressed us both equally. So, my daughter and I thought that scheduling a visit at Griffin Ford might help. If I was going new, then I really wanted a 2020 Explorer hybrid, but they are not yet in full production. We then thought an Edge or another Fusion would make sense. Glen, our sales associate, was friendly and insightful as we started with the Edge. While waiting, we saw a beautiful showroom car that we didn’t recognize. Upon moseying over, we learned it was a Bullitt! Glen qualified us by making sure we were serious and then got the keys. Guess what we now own :-) The rest of the process was smooth and the team did a very nice job. Alex in finance was efficient and helped squeeze us in between folks. More
