No thanks. Ive had enough. Your dealership used to be really great. Sad to see it has become such a dishonest business. Matt repeatedly lied to me about what your service techs would do if we purchased the car. Basically said whatever it took to get me to buy it. Then on multiple occasions had our car for the services to be completed and they werent. He offered a "free oil change" to make it up to me. I wouldnt even trust your service department to do something as simple as that after this service and experience, so no thanks. Worst part is Im a return customer (bought my first truck from this location), and a friend of a member of the griffin family. Would hate to see how a complete stranger and new customer would be treated by your salesman and service department.
