Car shopping at Griffin Ford was an excellent experience! I cannot say enough good things about them. From my first visit to the dealership, I felt like I was working with friends. I test drove several cars, I cannot say enough good things about them. From my first visit to the dealership, I felt like I was working with friends. I test drove several cars, no pressure, and let the sales person know what I was looking for specifically. A week or two later, he called to say a vehicle matching (pretty much exactly) what I wanted had just came in as a trade-in. Huge thanks to Karim! He was awesome and very knowledgeable. Karim, and everyone at the dealership, treated me with kindness and professionalism. They were generous with my trade in, too. I felt completely taken care of and, as a solo female shopping at a car dealership, that meant a lot. And I love my new-to-me car!
