I went to a few dealerships and this one stuck out to me that had a Charger RT with decent miles, great condition, the generation I liked a lot for it's retro dash and sportier look/spoiler, and this particular one had a unique finish inside. The dealership replied quickly to the email and I drove to Valdosta the next day to test drive the car. I was able to drive home in that car paying out the door, $15,000 total price for everything. USAA for military fully financed the car, the dealer was kind, and I don't have to worry about keeping my Honda on base. More
Perfect example of what buying a car should be! I just purchased my 4th car from Cass Burch a few days ago. I can't begin to describe how it feels to walk in and feel welcomed at a car dealership. M I just purchased my 4th car from Cass Burch a few days ago. I can't begin to describe how it feels to walk in and feel welcomed at a car dealership. My first purchase was through Candy when she was a salesperson. (She has been promoted to a Sales Manager) My last three cars I was able to deal with Matthew Nelson. Matthew is nothing but amazing. He knows exactly what I'm looking for and gets me in and out in no time with my new car. He even calls on your birthday to sing you Happy Birthday. I am from Valdosta but moved down to south Florida a few years ago. I refuse to purchase from anywhere but Cass Burch! Take my word for it, it's totally worth the drive for good customer service! HORRIBLE SERVICE Having lived in the local area of Lowndes County since 1998, I've had quite numerous experiences with this dealer, known as Cass Burch. On four differ Having lived in the local area of Lowndes County since 1998, I've had quite numerous experiences with this dealer, known as Cass Burch. On four different occasions I've needed service to a vehicle. A 2006 Dodge Charger RT for three visits and a 2014 Dodge Challenger RT Anniversary Edition. I still own both cars and stopped using their services in 2014. They tried to convince me to buy new lug nuts on the charger due to wear at a cost of $200. Left dealer and went to another dealer. Lugs are fine and have kept on for 70,000 more miles. Found out that they had rounded the edges due to too much torque. They had been rotating my tires for 2 years. Next, LED light for seat heater went out. Paid in advance for a new unit from Orlando, brought in to fix and all ok. NOT. That evening, I haven't any lights displaying on AC controls nor transmission console. Took it back next day and figured it came unplugged due to console being moved etc. Nope, another unit repair. Pick car up and arrive home and notice that the entire console on passenger side is dislodged/loose and a tool is on the floor still. I called back pissed and was back at the dealer for completion. Final Charger visit was in 2012 for a scheduled oil change. 3 hours I sat, really. That auto will never see their bay again. 2014 Challenger turn. First week I have car I notice it was missing a plastic pin that holds the inside door panel in place. I call Dodge headquarters and they direct me to any Dodge dealer due to only having 300 miles on it and a week old... Go to Cass Burch, show the service attendant who then directs me to parts window. That person proceeds to say that the pins come in multiple units per pack and that he can't split them up there's a charge. I then look at him, tell him to bill Dodge as it's their error. I retrieve my vin #, give it to him. He then seems upset that I in fact paid nothing for the pin. No one offers to install the part so I left and will never return. I've taken my Charger, now with 140,000 miles on it to various dealers for oil and tire needs with no issues or repair needs. I've never purchased a vehicle there due to inflated prices. They try the fabric protection scam which is ancient. They try to charge for it on leather interior as well. When I brought it to the salesman's attention that the leather is treated per the manufacturer prior to assembly, his response was that they always add that charge lol. Pinstripe charge was added but none on auto. That's a new one. They add an area adjustment on top of the MSRP and then knock of that bloated charge to give the impression of a good deal. Don't be an idiot. NEVER pay over MSRP. Get financing approval prior to shopping through a lender. Pick your car, demand 5 or 10% off of MSRP and you're done. Simple. I've bought at least 10 autos that way and probably a 40 minute transaction total. STAY FAR AWAY from Cass Burch. You'll be sorry, I guarantee it.....😩 More
