Overcharging I was overcharged for labor cost. I was charged $200+ for labor on maybe 15 minutes of work. They also charged my warranty company labor cost on top o I was overcharged for labor cost. Since he asked me to call him Cass I'll honor his request by referring to him going forward as Cass. Cass took considerable time to explain many things to me I was not aware of which enlightened me. Without going into details his words brought back memories of my past dealings with the general public, which I did in my business for over 41 years before retiring and I realized although one can try it is not always easy to make everyone happy. In fact, it is sometimes impossible. After all, people are people and no one person is perfect and all people have "bad" moments. Therefore, I'm deleting the wording of the previously written review and will simply reserve the right to reconsider later. I upgraded my overall rating based not on the one recent visit but all overall visits made to Cass Burch over the years, which I feel is a fair & just way. Fraudulent work My son took his truck twice to have the air conditioner fixed. Each time he picked it up it was still blowing hot air at $1000.00 total bill!!! I took my Jeep renegade in for warranty issues. My Jeep renegade has lots of problems so I took it in for them to get fixed. All they did was mark and say they couldn't duplicate them. They didn't even test drive it the miles in matched the miles out. They tightened the luggage rails and dented the roof also but once again they are saying it wasn't them. The Jeep is 2 months old and has 3000 miles on it. Do not go here for repairs they don't know what to do or they don't do anything at all. More

He called me back about 15 minutes later and I told him what my price point was and he was able to not only get my price point but since I was in a meeting he was able to just text me the deal. Once we got to the dealership he had the vehicle waiting and once we decided everything was good to go he got us out in less than an hour. We were offered beverages, ice cream and they had a room for children that allowed my 4 year old to play while we signed for the vehicle. First deal I've done in a child's play room! More
