I stopped in to test drive a vehicle I had my eye on for quite sometime and had the pleasure of working with Ted Harris. We test drove the vehicle and I mentioned that I had a few more appointments for test quite sometime and had the pleasure of working with Ted Harris. We test drove the vehicle and I mentioned that I had a few more appointments for test drives. This was my first car purchase in over 10 years so i really want to make sure I was making the right decision! Needless to say, nothing topped this vehicle and I returned to finish the process with Ted. One thing to note, I appreciated that he followed up with me by email after the test drive in case I had any questions. That email actually saved a lot of wasted time for me because I was dealing with a personal situation on the day I wanted to return to complete my purchase and left his card at home. All of his contact information was there in the email he sent me which, of course, made it very easy to reach him. He was courteous, patient, and a great salesman. He even detailed my car the best he could on his own due to a small hiccup during my visit. I just appreciate him through and through as well as this dealership for the time they spent with me to ensure I was accommodated, my children was occupied, and I was comfortable with my purchase.
