This Dealership was the worst place to buy a car. But after the problem I was having with a 2020 Equinox I purchased, Brad the manager got involved, things got really Good. Traded the Equinox in an another Champion entered the equation and that’s my main Tim, who also put his foot down for me when it was necessary. Last, but not least my salesman. Gerald. Since I pre-set my appointment, I would think that most of the paperwork would have been completed by the time I arrived. Not so. ALL the paperwork had to be done and I always get a sense that this happe of the paperwork would have been completed by the time I arrived. Not so. There doesn't seem to be any continuity or sense that "they've got this", more like: "what, it's a diesel, huh, we'll have to make sure we got the filters for that", kind of thing. More
