The Service Manager Isaiah is very attentive to the customers and customer concerns Ty, the Service Advisor, is very attentive, helpful and professional. I will be filling a law suit. I paid 1500 and my check engine light is still on. The dealer made my car loud, and now it's running it's worst than it ever has since I got it out. I believe more then my exhaust was messed up, because my car is now shaking if I go over 40 mph and it wasn't doing that before. So I went to the courthouse to file a lawsuit, because when I took it back to the dealer they wanted me to pay more, and all o asked was to get my car back running like before. At that point I didn't care about the check engine light. The shaking is what scares me. He said it wasn't something he did, then why wasn't it shaking before. More

3 other competitors gave me a different issue for my vehicle but their diagnosis were all the same. Didn’t feel like the workers were trying to help, and heard of negative reviews from other people prio vehicle but their diagnosis were all the same.
