We made an appointment and did not ha We met with the sales professional (Shaf) and we probably had the best experience ever when shopping for a car. We made an appointment and did not have to wait, even though the sales rep was tied up with another customer. He simply gave us the keys for a test drive plus brief instructions and off we went! When we returned he answered all our questions, gave us a ton of info that we did not ask about (but was valuable) and treated us with respect. He was patient and also truly trying to understand our requirements for a car. Based on this experience I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a car. We purchased a different brand based on our requirements but I will continue to consider Buick for our next purchase and this dealer especially. More
