We recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from Griffin Buick GMC. Our salesman was Chandler Blankenship. Chandler was very friendly and helpful during our buying process. He tried hard to negotiate a good deal on the truck for us. Unfortunately, the sales manager wouldn't budge on the price. Also, their Dealer Administrative Fee of $788 was very high, in my opinion. Much higher than we have ever paid before in many years of car buying. That said, we do love the truck we bought. We believe it will serve us well for many years. And we would definitely recommend Chandler Blankenship for your future car-buying needs. More

Terrible! My husband and I went in looking for a used car for my college aged daughter. We saw a used Toyota listed for 6987 with the griffin price of 5987. We were interested in the car for 5987. Discussed for my college aged daughter. We saw a used Toyota listed for 6987 with the griffin price of 5987. We were interested in the car for 5987. Discussed we wanted to car for 5987...as advertised. We were not in there trying to haggle and get the price down. 5987 using one of their preferred lenders. Not a problem. Hours of sitting there we finally got the paperwork with the car’s price of 6987! When we questioned the price it’s was explained to us that was due to doc fees taxes and such. It was not. Top line price of the car before doc fees etc. After leaving upset and no car my cell phone alone had 38 missed calls from various people at the dealership trying to explain that it was their mistake and they had brought us the wrong paperwork. Funny to see today that the car is listed at 7987 with a griffin price of 6987. They really must want that 1000 and were willing to sneak it in on us hoping we wouldn’t notice. More

Update..this is what my 2018/ 26000 mile, CPO GMC looks like.. Sales department basically said well it is a CPO and we wlll see if anything can be done or not..the entire bottom of the truck is rust from f like.. To make matters worse they spay painted the sides of the frame in an attempted to cover up the rust and not the bottom of the frame so when it went on the rack all was visible from underneath. The sales associate refered to it as minor rust already taking a position. Next call is to GM Financing to let them know whayt yhey bought A 40,000 dollar "CPO. More
