Got an instant offer on Cars. com. Bought it in to appraise and they didn’t even look at it and manager said it’s a branded title which is a lie because I just registered it and th com. I brought my 2014 Ram in for service on 6/30/23 at 8:30 am for a EVAP issue, I checked in with John Hesterman and he told me it would be a while till they get to it, I had no problem with that. He came ba am for a EVAP issue, I checked in with John Hesterman and he told me it would be a while till they get to it, I had no problem with that. He came back about 10-15 min's later and told me what problem was..REMEMBER the 10-15 min's! It cost me $174.00 just for that, then he comes back out to the lobby and told me it was going to cost ANOTHER $455.00!! I told him I'll do it myself and he said you need a computer to put it in....get real John! They got me for $174.00 for that little bit i was there, never again! I bought the same part at AUTOZONE for $35.30 and did it myself in 10 min's!! I've never had a problem with Grieger's until now. I took pictures of the receipts and the part to prove all this but i guess Grieger's won't let me....wounder why? Good luck ya'll Sincerely Jeff Jordan More

Emergency repair cared for in timely, friendly manner We had purchased our 2013 Chrysler Town & Country from Grieger's in early 2014 and opted to include the extended warranty. That extra warranty coverag We had purchased our 2013 Chrysler Town & Country from Grieger's in early 2014 and opted to include the extended warranty. That extra warranty coverage helped us out last month when our minivan unexpectedly failed to start after parking in a rest area not 20-miles from home on our way home from vacation. We got a tow home from my auto insurance coverage. Then we were able to get a no out of pocket cost tow under our warranty coverage to the dealership at Grieger's. The alternator and battery both had to be replaced. The alternator was covered by the warranty; the battery was not. But the service manager was able to use the warranty coverage to partially cover the cost of our rental car and covered the labor on the battery replacement. The repairs and service and going the extra mile to initiate the auto rental assistance that we had already booked was icing on the cake! We were very plesed with the quick turn-around time-wise for this emergency repair, even though it was a busy week for the service department. More
