Sent a note via autohunter as I was interested in a car they had list. I receieve 8 calls from them the first day even though I told them I was on vacation in Texas. I told them I would be happy to come se they had list. I receieve 8 calls from them the first day even though I told them I was on vacation in Texas. I told them I would be happy to come see the car when I returned home tuo Massachusetts. Why they insisted of harassing me while on vacation turned me off completely. No respect for a potential customer personal time. What a disappointment! As much as I would like to buy the car I have to think twice about dealing with an outfit that treats potential customers this way. I would have rather left them a rave review than this one. More
Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer for a very good price. The car was immaculate and the sales rep, Vinny, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Soon after we had some concerns about the car. We are very happy with how it was handled ultimately. We would be happy to do business with them again. More
I bought a 2006 Toyota rav4 and even before purchase I brought up a concern about the motor. They burn excessive oil. I go through 3.5-4quarts every 1000 miles. At my first oil change their service depart brought up a concern about the motor. They burn excessive oil. I go through 3.5-4quarts every 1000 miles. At my first oil change their service department put in a thicker oil than what is called for to “slow it down”. 3 months after purchase the brakes that were done before purchase seized in the bracket due to the scale not removed from the brackets when serviced. I’ve been in this field for over 30 years and will never bring any car to that department. I did leave a review elsewhere about this and got a response to contact Pbaley general manager. Kevin gates was the one who responded and just told me my last date of service. He hasn’t responded back to me since 5/24. I also mentioned in an email about the $249 standard charge for scotchguard. The one that was a part of a settlement. I never heard from pbaley. Since the TSB expired months before I purchased this car I don’t have the option to have Toyota fix this without it coming out of my pocket or trading it in for a loss and have to make payments on another car and hope it isn’t as bad as this one. 06-08 fall in the worse years for this model. What I’m asking is to do this TSB and let’s see if the motor really is bad. Your sales manger didn’t know if it was done and told me to take his word that it was good. I paid the sticker price for this car as it was the take it or leave it price since a guy was flying in from Vegas to buy it. Lol yes that’s what I was told by the sales manager. Mr. Greico all I want is you to stand behind your product. Sometimes things slip through. This wasn’t handled properly. 9k for a car with a bad motor is just thievery. I can tell you the cost of the repair and car is more than what I paid and maybe that’s why this is going ignored. Keep the $249 if it means I have a car I don’t have to add a quart everyday to. You can email me directly. More

I recently visited Grieco Toyota's service department to have my Grand Highlander tended to. My service advisor, Alyson Chatham, whom I have had in previous visits, could not have been more professional. have my Grand Highlander tended to. My service advisor, Alyson Chatham, whom I have had in previous visits, could not have been more professional. She is always pleasant, and made sure that my experience was to my satisfaction (which it was!). Service department is both fast and efficient, as I have had many visits for regular service on other vehicles I have purchased at Grieco. I highly recommend Grieco for both the purchase and the service of quality automobiles. Thank you, Alyson, for going above and beyond! More

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. We bought our car here 3 years ago and go every year from Boston to get it serviced. This time though we needed the belt changed in the car as it was really worn down. My husband had bought a belt and had asked if we could use that and he was told yes. 3 hours later some rep comes out and brings us in the back and goes over what they had done. I asked about the belt, and he said oh no he didn't change it, and we couldn't use the belt you brought because they would have to make a profit. I get it, no problem but why didn't someone come and ask if we would like it changed and we would have paid for it. By this time I am pissed. The rep guy said, oh you guys really need to get that belt changed because it is really worn out. I asked how long would it take to change the belt and was told everyone was going on lunch so it would be about 2 hours. We ended up having to leave because we had an appointment in Boston but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. More
