New GM is horrible, his Uncle used to be in charge and was so much friendlier with more experience and knew what he was doing! Shame on them! BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They change so often their website MEET THE STAFF is blank!! Only GOOD people still there are Ben and Mike in service drive. More
I needed an oil change and they took me right in. It only took a short time and I was done. Very nice people and so helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. This dealerships has undergone so much staff turnover in the past two years. Every time I change my oil, the entire service counter is new. It begs the question, how good is their management and leadership. Today, I had an appointment to change break pads, and Mal told me I had to skim rotators as well. One couldn’t be done without the other. They make you feel ripped off, like they are cheating you. No knowledge, always trying to hard sell you services you don’t need, and horrendous customer service. This is a terrible experience, highly suggest another dealership. More

They missed diagnosed my car BIG TIME and charged me $1300, then I took it to the dealership that has serviced the vehicle since day one. They fixed the problem for $10 and now we are conducting a forensic investigation to prove it. More
