I have purchased my car from this dealer and happy with my car, but the service is very bad. I had a nice sales person Zack, he was nice and friendly, but until he received his commission. After the sale n my car, but the service is very bad. I had a nice sales person Zack, he was nice and friendly, but until he received his commission. After the sale no clear communication, he does not answer emails, never checks them. This is very not professional. Beware of their financial department, terrible experience. I was charged $2200 over the asking price, never got any explanations for the charges and only discovered about the extra charges when got the statement from financial institution and it says it was optional. But their financial manager never gave me any proposals, just told me you have to pay as is. I never received any piece of paper from them, no contract. First the finance guy told me you will get it when you pick up the car, and when I came for the car Zack never gave it to me. I had to run after him through the emails and ask for the contract. Now I expect that my maintenance package, which suppose to include free oil change for sure will not be free. They said the car has Nissan certified inspections, but the car key came with low battery. The car is good, but service is terrible. I'm tired of running after Zack and wait for his answers to my emails. Please find yourself another dealer if you want to have a clear explanations and not hidden charges. I was so sure that Nissan will have excellent service, but unfortunately I was wrong. More
