Hoy la acompañe al consecionario arreglar el malentendido y tratar de hacer un arreglo. Pero el Sr Jack financista de la compañía nos agredio y amenazo con la policía por no aceptar su responsabilidad de vender un carro fraudulento. Por acompañar a una amiga me vetaron de la Nissan de que no puedo llevar hacer el mantenimiento de mii carro. Buscare otro consecionario. Yo no les daría ni un Cero en calificación, el personal Yo no les daría ni un Cero en calificación, el personal allí está entrenado para engañar y estafar al consumidor sin medir las consecuencias, Compr Yo no les daría ni un Cero en calificación, el personal allí está entrenado para engañar y estafar al consumidor sin medir las consecuencias, Compre un carro Nisan sentra del 2019 con 7000 millas en HGREG NISSAN DEL RAY para engancharme en el negocio me regalaron un GPS pero me lo cobraron en la primera factura del banco, así que reclame y lo me lo desisntalaron, lo segundo fue que anduve el carro sin registrar 5 semanas hasta que el Sr Jack me llamo que fuera porque me habían dado las placas del carro equivocadas, la tercera y mi peor mesadilla..La maleta del carro se abre constantemente y he estado a punto de tener accidentes, he llevado el carro al concesionario 4 veces a reparar, les he preguntando si el carro fue chocado antes y dicen que NUNCA, El Sr Jack me dijo que el carro venía con defecto de fábrica ya que la tapa de la maleta no está bien ensamblada, Brian respondía que el carro estaba perfecto, que el carro chocado era el blanco que vi por primera vez, hasta me reí y le respondí, así que si te compro ese, me lo vendes chocado Brian, porque me dijiste que estaba limpio y se río también...Continue con problemas con el carro asi que lo lleve a la Nisan de Weston y me confirmaron el carro tuvo un gran choque en la parte trasera, así que me vendieron un carro fraudulento...Me enviaron a otra Nisan donde destaparon todo el carro, esta inundado de agua la maleta y la parte trasera esta desnivelada Le hicieron un estimado y el costo de los arreglos de los daños camuflados que ahora debo pagar es de 4.600 Tengo audios y vídeos que confirman la veracidad de los hechos y los daños reparados del carro, fui a la Nissan donde compre el carro a exigir me cambien el carro por uno en buen estado y se negaron, dicen que el carro estaba perfecto, así que pagué 34,99 en internet para investigar la matrícula del carro y efectivamente el carro tuvo un choque en la parte trasera el 1 de agosto del 2019 y me lo vendieron a mi en 31 de octubre. Ahora estoy pagando un carro defectuoso que acontra contra mi vida....Es un fraude que una compañia tan grande venda carros con tapados La única papelería que me entregaron es la de financiación donde el carro que compre por 13.999 me salió en 19.000 y se niegan a darme la papelería del negocio del carro, tengo textos y audios con el vendedor Brian y el financista Jack donde aceptan que el carro estaba en perfecto estado, pero ahora me a llamado el vendedor a decirme que yo firmé un papel donde digo que el carro lo compre chocado...MENTIRA...Si lo firmé fue a ciegas, con engaños porque no se ingles y el financista Jack la única papelería que me envió fue un papel donde dice que el carro se compró sin garantías, como compraría yo un carro así? Como meterme en una deuda tan grande?
