Let me start by saying that I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership in October 2019, which was a Nissan Rogue. I brought my car in for service in May 2020 and met Carlos Ferrer. While my car was in service, I had the opportunity to drive a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder rock creek edition. I immediately fell in love with this vehicle. A couple weeks later I decided to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was driving while my car was being serviced was sold. The General Manager, Joe Coscarelli, went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle color and all from another dealership down south and had it shipped to HGreg. I stayed in touch with Carlos through the process and received several telephone calls from Mr. Coscarelli providing me with updates. When I came in and purchased the vehicle last Monday, I had the pleasure of working with Alexandros (Alex) Zarbalas. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. Another gentleman synced my phone with my new 2020 Nissan pathfinder while we were finishing the purchasing process. I reached out to Carlos a couple days later to ask him some questions about the Bluetooth system. I received a phone call back from him as well as the gentleman who synced my phone to my car. LOL we are still working on that. I have purchased two vehicles now from this dealership and both purchases have gone smoothly. I cannot say enough about the gentlemen that I worked with in purchasing the 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. They were all fantastic and so great to work with. I specifically need to say that Mr. Coscarelli’s professionalism was impressive. I would recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and coworkers. I've had 10 years sales experience in home mortgages in New York City and Mr. Hawkins provided my father and I the service every client deserves. Definitely going to go back to him when my father's lease expires. I've bought and sold many cars in several states, I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Tried to see the parts department for a battery plenty of parking spots open but was told I couldn’t park there. They were for the high end cars. We brought our car to have a diagnostic done last week and it had a lot of problems. We took the diagnostic they gave and had a cheaper mechanic do the work. After about a week went by the car stop runnin and it had a lot of problems. We took the diagnostic they gave and had a cheaper mechanic do the work. After about a week went by the car stop running, so we had the car towed back to HG Greg, to have another diagnostic done to see why the car would not start. We get a call from the service technician (Tony) and he tells us we have bad news about the car, so he went to tell us about all the problems, but the problem he was telling us from the supposing new diagnostic, we had diagnostic those problems previous week, so we knew he did not do a new diagnostic, but was trying to get us with old one and if he would have ran a new diagnostic, he would have saw that 99 percent of the work was already done. This is a company that does not have any integrity at all. He had a nerve to tell us, that he will not charge for the diagnostic, you really did not charge because you did not do one. You Lacks integrity Tony. You are not a honorable person. More
This dealership has changed more than an NBA team over the years years but I've gotten two cars there, the first time at ripoff financing four years ago. But I was able to trade it in at above the book price and lease a new Sentra, a great lower priced car with satellite radio, a rarity now on lower end cars, and all the new safety driving features like lane change buzzing, etc. The original offer was ok not great but at the last minute they pulled the old uh-oh hold on, there are things in the credit file xx and jacked up the price and d.p. I said uh uh but came back a few weeks later for the xxxx of it and lo and behold, the salesman whom I had dealt with, who was also the manager, had been fired! The new crew seemed much more down home and not looking to pull off a con game. The new manager Lorenzo dropped the down payment and picked up the first month of the lease, which was still too high but more doable. Breonna, who did the paperwork, was terrific, made it go by relatively quickly and without any last-minute oh by the way xx. Never even saw anyone from the dreaded finance dept. A very good experience. They don't give you that nonsense anymore where you're their best buddy for an hour then try to stick it to you, the normal dealer ploy. Car is great and I don't have to shudder about coming back for oil changes or checkups. More
