Very disappointed in the service department of this dealership. I have been to this dealer on 4-5 occasions to fix the same issue, and the problem has still not been fixed. They don't seem to keep reco dealership. I have been to this dealer on 4-5 occasions to fix the same issue, and the problem has still not been fixed. They don't seem to keep records of any of the previous times I have been in for service, and always want to start from step 1- I then either have to leave my car overnight or schedule another day to come back. On my last trip, I was told they were ordering a part for me and would contact me when it was in. When I called a month later to follow up, they had no record of ordering anything for me or a technician reporting the need for the part!! I then tried on multiple attempts to contact different service advisors and supervisors, and they either wanted me to start all over again or mostly I just never received a phone call back. The service department is poorly managed and very unprofessional. More
As a mazda family we are extremely disappointed in a recent experience regarding service we had. This was our first of three mazdas from this dealership and will 100%, undoubtedly, be our last car from recent experience regarding service we had. I brought my 2016 Mazda 6 into the service center because ALL of the paint on the roof had failed, and the paint on my hood & trunk was also starting to fail. I decided to take it back to the dealership i purchased it from in order to give them a chance to make the situation right (for context, most of this cars life has been spent in an A/C’d garage, & its paint has failed worse than all of our work trucks). They told me that due to the age of my car they would not cover the cost of repainting the roof/hood, but quoted me at $686 for the repair and offered a $250 credit. While I was upset that i was sold a car with a poor paint job, I thought ≈ $400 was not an unfair price and agreed to have the work done. They offered me a loaner car, which was extremely dirty on the interior & exterior, but I let this go because it was complimentary. After an entire week I finally receive a call telling me my car is ready. As i go to pay for it i see the bill is over $730. Despite what i was led to believe, the $250 credit was already applied and the bill was much higher than anticipated. Once I paid, and subsequently vowed to never be mislead by this dealership again. I walked out to my car only to find it absolutely trashed in dust. Turns out they couldn’t be bothered to wash it, so when i took it home and removed some of the dust I found numerous scratches in 3/4 of my doors. I immediately took my car back to mazda to show them & they informed me there was nothing they could do about it and gave me the card of the people who they source their work to. Huh? You give me my car back in worse condition, charge me almost a grand, and then make me drive all over delray to find the shady shop that you have do your work?! I see every negative review has been given the GMs email address so i have proactively reached out to him, and will gladly revise my review if this is rectified. There is no excuse for such lazy mismanaged service, I am genuinely debating whether or not I should contact my credit card company to issue a charge back because everything about this seems fraudulent. More
Had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Came to do a trade in an was left satisfied. They had a DJ outside and was even doing a BBQ for the customers. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by Greg the finance manager. He ruined what should have been a really nice experience. Sadly he may have jeopardized the salesperson's bonus provided by Greg the finance manager. He ruined what should have been a really nice experience. After we reached an agreement on the price and went to sign the contract we were told the monthly payment would be higher because of an extended warranty. This is something we should have been made aware of during the negation stage. Greg knew where we wanted to be as far as a monthly payment, it was at that time he should have offered us the option of an extended warranty. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, he has zero customer service skills and no personality, he ruined what should have been an exciting purchase. Sadly now I regret buying my car from them and will never go back, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I feel bad for our salesman Jeff because he lost a potential repeat customer. Oh well, guess because there are no cars available so they can act this way and forget about customer service. Wait until the economy gets back to normal and you have too many cars sitting on the lot, lets see what happens then. More
Be careful of deceptive pricing! ! If you have your own financing they will charge you an extra $1,000 unless you use their banks!!! I complained to the Finance manager and force ! I complained to the Finance manager and force them to compensate in the price of the car for the difference between my financing and the bank that they insisted I use in order to get their advertised price. Update: Shortly after this review. The GM (or someone) called me to find out how they could "make experience better". I had to cut the call shirt and asked them to call back another day. Since it already happened the only thing they could do (as in SHOULD) is to offer me some free stuff. 😳 More

I brought my car in to have work done and they gave me a written estimate. I told them to go ahead. Then when they were finished, they charged me twice the amount of the written estimate. I never agreed or authorized them to do the work for twice the amount of the written estimate. They refused to give my car back unless I paid them. I filed a Complaint against them with the Florida Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services for violating Florida Statutes Sections 559.905 and 559.909. Then they forged the written estimate they had originally given me to make it look as though I agreed to the higher price. If you’ve had this dealership charge you more than the written estimate, you should file a Complaint against them. They are dishonest. You should stay away from this business. More
