Had a absolutely horrible experience after purchasing a used vehicle from Grieco Mazda. The customer service is deplorable. I have left several messages for him and he continues to ignore all attempts to reach out to me. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to shop somewhere else. I was promised a second key for a vehicle I purchased and because the salesman no longer works there they are refusing to get me the second key for my vehicle. I implore everyone to shop elsewhere. I have never seen such incompetent customer service in my life. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP THAT LIES TO A DISABLED VETERAN AND REFUSES TO MAKE AMENDS. When a salesperson (Cedrick Dinkins) repeatedly tells you that the $500 Florida Sales tax you MUST pa DISABLED VETERAN AND REFUSES TO MAKE AMENDS. When a salesperson (Cedrick Dinkins) repeatedly tells you that the $500 Florida Sales tax you MUST pay to get the car off the lot will be refunded as soon as the car is registered permanently in your home state.....said multiple time with assurance and clarity....no hint of I'm not sure....let me check....START RUNNING AND RUN AWAY FROM GRIECO. This is what happened to my fiance, a 100% disabled Vietnam Vet and a senior citizen on a FIXED INCOME. Not only did Mr. Dinkins lie to both of us repeatedly, NO ONE at the dealership will own his error. NO ONE returns calls. These people are dishonest and creepy. This behavior by Mr. Dinkins was done AFTER he was informed of the disabled veteran status. If we had been told that this was a charge that could not be avoided, we would have been able to make a more informed decision. As it is, we will have to report this unscrupulous dealer to BBB, Mazda Corp and shout to the world......DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE> More

I suggest as a first-time customer you should ask Holly your sales manager at Grieco Mazada in Del Ray Beach, FL why she insists on charging me $896.00 yes that's correct I said $896.00 for a FL tag on a used car, registration and title transfer fee. The same published fees from the state of FL DMV web site states the registration fee is $225.00, the title transfer fee is $75.00 and the tag is $28.00. Why in god's name would a dealership ever try to rip off the buying public like that. This after I also learn you are charging a $999.00 bogus phantom fee listed as an add on dealer fee. It goes without saying I would never step foot in this dealership. What an underhanded way to conduct business. More

My faith in American business ethics was restored tonight, at least temporarily, when I was contacted by Charles Simmons, Service Manager of Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach. I had experienced a number o tonight, at least temporarily, when I was contacted by Charles Simmons, Service Manager of Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach. I had experienced a number of technical and communication issues a day earlier when my vehicle was being serviced by his department, and I was expecting our phone call to be the standard adversarial discussion with management taking a hard line. I was shocked when Mr. Simmons listened patiently to the litany of concerns I had and immediately rectified the situation. This was a rare occurrence for me and probably would be for most consumers. Imagine, a manager actually managing, doing the right thing in acknowledging a complaint, preserving the integrity of his business and retaining what now will be a loyal customer. I am grateful for Mr. Simmons' professionalism and principles. More

Worst car buying experience ever. They didn't pay off my trade and put me in default on my trade. The brand new 2023 CX9 was not running after 2 weeks.
