I find the "standard" reply you seem to be publishing to one prospective customer complaint after another so dishonest and insincere. In fact I DID send an email to the General manager Mr. Xavier Villarreal at the email address you providedxavier@greicocars.com. That email was sent almost two days ago now. Yet Mr. Villarreal did NOT even have the common courtesy to respond to my email and the very public posting of an experience I encountered. As one can read, its not just me, its one customer after another who experienced all types of problems at his dealership. Perhaps the staff at Grieco Mazda of Del Ray should print and post all over the dealership the interview and comments I referenced in a recent article made by the owner of the dealership MR. MIKE GRIECO, JR. News travels fast and the public will resent the type of actions and inactions the staff at the dealership engage in. ***PLEASE CONSIDER MY POST AND THE POST OF MANY OTHERS BEFORE CONSIDERING TO ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP***

I have no reason to contact Xavier. You're being investigated in RI for the EXACT same reason I've experienced here in FL.
