Mr.Shaffer, As previously indicated, I am recovering from back surgery. It's difficult at best to sit at a PC station. Also, I have visited the dealership at least 5 times to resolve my issues, therefore I have shared my dissappointments with Delray Mazda without any offers of resolution. Which, in my opinion, is poor customer relations. I would appreciate a meeting with you individually to present my concerns and also have or a least work toward a pleasant resolution. As of 07/22/2010 I am still waiting for the $375 I mention above. Mr. McCarthy promised me this as a part of our settlement for our dispute with Delray Mazda about 3 weeks ago, and I will have my final review as this issue becomes clear. Thank you.
