I had walked into Delray Mazda to purchase a used car that I had not originally intended on buying, because in my mind I had already made a decision on a car. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was a great thing I did. I met Gary, who is one of the sales people, and we took a car I was looking at on a test drive. The car drove great and had some great conversation with the sales guy. I ended up buying this car over another one at another dealership, because these guys were willing to work with me and I like them better. As far as Gary goes.......he's a straight shooter. What I liked about buying from Gary is that he's not high pressure and he says it like it is, plus he will go above and beyond to find the right car at the right price. I highly recommend checking them out. More

Terrible sales practices. They will make empty promises just for a sale and will give you the big "F.U." once you sign the papers. Management is uncaring about my concerns. I was in a 3-year lease with these people. I went to one service visit with them and was severely overcharged for routine maintenance. I never went back to them; not even a free carwash! Also, upon my return to the dealership at the end of my lease to finance a new car, I was talked down to, ignored, and sat in a chair for THREE HOURS waiting for the answer to my simple question "how much will this car cost me"? The end result was a laughably high price with countless costs and fees tacked onto the bottom line. I think I actually did laugh in the face of the young man delivering the end price to me whereupon I stood up and walked out. I like the Mazda product so I went to a different Mazda dealership. Don't grace these premises with your presence. If you must get a quote, do it online! More

This dealership is the worst i have ever been to and i have owned over 20 cars in my life. I have a 800 credit score and had $20k as a down payment. After speaking to 2 people then being lied to as to t have owned over 20 cars in my life. I have a 800 credit score and had $20k as a down payment. After speaking to 2 people then being lied to as to the marketing of the company, they decided to put me in with the managers who were like a bunch of xxxxxxx behind a desk. My wife and child were with me and the amount of VULGARITY that came from the desk was ridiculous. All I wanted was a Mazda CX9 fully loaded. They obviously didnt have the car so they decided to try to make me buy another car that me and my wife didnt want. The worst part about it is the fact that I fell for it twice and wasted my time going to Delray from West Palm Beach. I finally bought my car from Miami mazda whom the service wasnt great but at least i was able to get the exact car i was looking for without the Vulgar adjectives that i had to hear at your dealership. Again I would never go back nor would i deal with your people. Maybe you should get stricter hiring policies or The Owners whom are the Grecos should sell to someone who wants to actually do business the right way. More
