Delray Mazda is amazing! I needed a new car and didn't think twice about going anywhere else. Everyone working there made it so easy for me. The girls answering the phone were so polite and informative. T think twice about going anywhere else. Everyone working there made it so easy for me. This dealership is the worst i have ever been to and i have owned over 20 cars in my life. I have a 800 credit score and had $20k as a down payment. After speaking to 2 people then being lied to as to t have owned over 20 cars in my life. I have a 800 credit score and had $20k as a down payment. After speaking to 2 people then being lied to as to the marketing of the company, they decided to put me in with the managers who were like a bunch of xxxxxxx behind a desk. My wife and child were with me and the amount of VULGARITY that came from the desk was ridiculous. All I wanted was a Mazda CX9 fully loaded. They obviously didnt have the car so they decided to try to make me buy another car that me and my wife didnt want. The worst part about it is the fact that I fell for it twice and wasted my time going to Delray from West Palm Beach. I finally bought my car from Miami mazda whom the service wasnt great but at least i was able to get the exact car i was looking for without the Vulgar adjectives that i had to hear at your dealership. Again I would never go back nor would i deal with your people. Maybe you should get stricter hiring policies or The Owners whom are the Grecos should sell to someone who wants to actually do business the right way. More

I brought a brand NEW Mazda 3 or atleast i thought a brand new Mazda 3. Tony was friendly talked about whats in the car, etc. 3 hours later we're driving off in a Mazda 3, and right off the lot, there w brand new Mazda 3. Tony was friendly talked about whats in the car, etc. 3 hours later we're driving off in a Mazda 3, and right off the lot, there was an exclaimation mark light that was already on as we drove off back to home. I'm thinking that must be normal, but my parents said no, so we checked the manual and found out that it is a low air tired warning. So we called Tony right away and drove back and fixed it right away so i thought. About 3-4 days passed by, I noticed there were 5-6 dents in the interior rim of my passenger's door. So i called Tony right away and went in (after the weekend on a monday morning) to check it out. Well certainly i did not do this to my own new car, and i never noticed it because who looks at the side of their door instead of their seat? After waiting about a hour, the repair service assistant, Ryan, said it'll have to looked at by their regional rep., which they will call me when the rep will be in... a week passed by and guess what, my low air tire warning light came up again... I'm like wow really? I'm not a crazy maniac driver, never had an accident in my life. So i went back and explain my situation about the light and dents on my door to Debbie then Vince looked at the dents and said Oh thats apparently not my fault and they will fix it right away. Debbie helped me further more, and of course i took it in to the shop 2-3 days later, and they fixed it. They gave me a loaner car for free, which was nice. After 2 days, i get my mazda 3 back. Woohoo its fixed, (OHH the dents were from someone trying to break into the car, which debbie told me) Why wouldn't delray mazda told me that this car was tried to be stolen from!?!?! Is this legal that they sold me a car that had dents from being tried to stolen from?!?! There were dents also on the driver side, backseat of the door, but of course, it was not fixed and i did tell Debbie about it. Of course it was over looked upon the fix. But i didn't care either because the major dents were fixed! Hooray... then tonight 10/31 Halloween night, I found out my driver's side, backseat window button is not functioning. I mean it doesn't have that click noise when an automated window button is suppose to do. If you push the button down then it'll just get stuck on the button. Well Guess who I'm calling this morning (it's 12:17am) as i'm writing this. God, i wish i never brought a Mazda from Delray Mazda. This is probaly have to be one of the worst first time buying a new car feeling ever. More
I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic LX at Delray Mazda on 10/19/2010. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my 28 years of driving and buying cars. I worked with Rick Alvino and he is a 10/19/2010. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my 28 years of driving and buying cars. I worked with Rick Alvino and he is a great guy. He knew everything about the different cars that he showed me and he was genuinely concerned about getting me into a car that I liked and could afford with the least amount of hassle. After looking over a few cars I chose the Honda due to its "like new" condition and only 16,000 miles. The sticker price was good and they did negotiate a fair price for the car and my trade in, in fact it was the fastest and easiest negotiation I have ever had at a dealer. Once that was taken care of I worked with Corey Willis who did the financing. He was professional, courteous and got me out the door in record time. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealer was nice and I felt very comfortable there. They washed the car and filled it up with gas, switched over the plates and had me on my way within an hour and a half. I can't say enough about Rick and Corey, they were the best and I felt so good about my purchase and experience. The next day I was telling my boss that I had bought a car there and he said that he had purchased two cars there in the past and had the same good experience. That made me feel even better about chosing Delray Mazda. If your looking for a new or used car check out Delray Mazda, you can view their inventory on-line and do your credit pre-approval before you get there (that is what I did) and I drove 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale to buy a car and it was worth every minute. Thank you Rick, Corey and Robbie for a great experience, I love my new car! More
I brought my Miata in for a check engine light diagnosis and dealt with the service department. I had tried to get the problem fixed at a non-dealership garage (as its out of warranty) that normally does my and dealt with the service department. I had tried to get the problem fixed at a non-dealership garage (as its out of warranty) that normally does my oil changes. They fixed what they thought was the problem, but the light came on again in a few weeks. I took it to Delray expecting an expensive fix. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price (replace an leak check pump). I looked up comparable prices on a forum and found out the price was a third less than the lowest price I found for the same repairand less than I had spent at my trustworthy garage for the first "fix". Thanks Delray, I had been avoiding a trip to dealership as I had a bad experience at another dealership that has since closed. The diagnosis was pretty quick (maybe 45min at the most), then after I OK'd the repair cost, it only took about an hour. More
May 31 I leased an M6 for my grandson. The next day I returned the M6 and asked if I could return it and upgrade to a CX9. Sure, no problem. To this day I do not know what I was charged for the M6 retur returned the M6 and asked if I could return it and upgrade to a CX9. Sure, no problem. To this day I do not know what I was charged for the M6 return,I had paid a $1,000. that was not returned. Then my good deal for the owners used model CX9 cost $42K total.TV ads say "get the best deal in town, guranteed." This was obviously not a good deal. Papers signed, I'm given the CX9 and told read the book. Then a young sales person tries to show bluetooth and navigation uses to me. He was gone in minutes," check the book ".Days later the CX was brought in for Polyseal, a second key and delivery prep. Nothing happened and I paid for the oil change since it had 2500 miles on it. Back again, to program computer, two more visits, then told the doors will not lock automatically when put into drive. (I was mis-informed)Never did receive the free oil change certificates. Also, Nitro Fil ??? I get a flat tire near dealer, brought it in, paid the bill and sent in a claim to Nitro Fil. To this day it's in the mail. To my rescue, Mr. Vince Canjano. While hospitalized and recovering from back surgery he was able to service the CX9 properly. Everyone asked me to give good marks, I did. Now I'm thinking I stupid. Voice mails to Mr.Shaffer have not been returned. Am I a senior citizen who has been taken advantage off? When healthy I will get my answers. More

My questions about the sale have been satisfied (in a day) by Mr. Frank McCarthy, and I am in the process of waiting for a $375 rewards card to arrive in two weeks. Special thanks to Mr. Jim Gilarmo at accounting for his friendly, helpful service. Thank you. More
