Just took delivery of a new 2024 Mazda 3 Hatchback on 6/10/24. This is my third from Grieco. And as usual the car was delivered nice and shiny and clean. Walter is a great guy jumped into the passenger seat and pointed out everything that I already knew. Okay there were a few changes, and he calmly went over them with me. By the time Walter was done with me he was scratching his head and headed straight for the coffee machine. Thanks Walter your one of the good guys and a pleasure to work with. This dealership is NOT to be trusted. They are all smiles and courteous until you purchase. I paid cash for half the vehicle price and financed the rest. After more than 60 days, repeated phone calls, texts, and emails, I still have not received the required warranty paperwork for the car. The sales manager committed to sending via overnight mail on 4/9/2024 (car was purchased on 3/15/2024) and I don’t have it. Calls and emails have resulted in nothing. Adding insult to injury, the floor mats to the vehicle were missing when it was delivered even though they were there during test drive. Also, when I asked for the 2nd key fob, I was told to go purchase one - the cost would be over $400.00. BUYER BEWARE - there are fraudulent and unfair dealerships out there and this one tops my list. More

I used Grieco Mazda of Delray for the last 10+ years for my car dealership of choice. There is this one employee that stands out. His name is Walter. Walter is the Vehicle Exchange Manager. Walter is the BE my car dealership of choice. There is this one employee that stands out. His name is Walter. Walter is the Vehicle Exchange Manager. Walter is the BEST of the BEST. He listens to the customers, and doesn't try to sell or promote anything that would cause the customer to regret their purchase. He would tell you the do's and the don't s, and be honest with you. Walter is NOT there to make a quick sale. He is there for the customers, and would guide you in the right direction. Grieco Mazda has a 10 point scale with 10 being the highest when rating their employees, but the scale is TOO low for Walter. Walter gets a 20. He is the BEST, and he never disappoints. Whenever you go to Grieco Mazda of Delray ask for Walter in the Vehicle Exchange. You will NEVER regret it. More
