I used Grieco Mazda of Delray for the last 10+ years for my car dealership of choice. There is this one employee that stands out. His name is Walter. Walter is the Vehicle Exchange Manager. Walter is the BE my car dealership of choice. There is this one employee that stands out. His name is Walter. Walter is the Vehicle Exchange Manager. Walter is the BEST of the BEST. He listens to the customers, and doesn't try to sell or promote anything that would cause the customer to regret their purchase. He would tell you the do's and the don't s, and be honest with you. Walter is NOT there to make a quick sale. He is there for the customers, and would guide you in the right direction. Grieco Mazda has a 10 point scale with 10 being the highest when rating their employees, but the scale is TOO low for Walter. Walter gets a 20. He is the BEST, and he never disappoints. Whenever you go to Grieco Mazda of Delray ask for Walter in the Vehicle Exchange. You will NEVER regret it. More

The vehicle wasn't in stock but when the dealer got the vehicle, they honored the same price what they offered me 2 weeks back. The Dealership gave us a great price and we closed the deal. Finance department were presented all the warranty options to us with exact costs so we could choose exactly what would be right for us.
