I have got to say that this dealership has by far the best customer service out of any dealership I have ever gone to. Although I did not have a Mazda, I had a Honda they were more than willing to help m best customer service out of any dealership I have ever gone to. Although I did not have a Mazda, I had a Honda they were more than willing to help me and provided me with honest clear responses (No "run around") Ann F in service is such a warm friendly person who clearly cares about her job and her guests. Mickey on the service line was very understanding to my issues and was willing to go to any length to solve my issue with my car although it was not a Mazda. Overall everyone at Grieco Mazda treated me with kindness and respect even if I was not their client. I would highly recommend this dealership for service to anyone even without a Mazda. More
The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Anthony and Ann went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I felt like I was the only person in the dealership that day. While I was waiting to finish my paperwork, Ann came over with coffee and snacks and sat with me explaining my 24 hr roadside assistance and future service appointments..even offering a free manicure when I make my appointments. My husband and I just left Greico Mazda in Delray and I felt so compelled to let others know about the amazing service we received! A week ago I called the dealership about an advertisement I saw on their website. I spoke with a very professional young lady named Laura who I asked a lot of questions (for I did not want to waste my time or hers). Laura was so diligent on finding ALL the information to answer all my questions! I even called her back to ask more! Her manager Tara helped me when Laura was out. Laura followed up, called me to check to see if I had more questions, was so understanding AND NOT PUSHY when I had to reschedule several times! Laura just greeted me like I was her best friend she had not seen in a while! I could hear her smile!! We finally made it all the way down to Delray Mazda! We were greeted my Luciano who had the biggest smile and so happy to help us! Luciano was extremely knowledgable about the cars, All of them! Then we met Anthony! He is amazing! Funny too! As a team, they all helped us! Then, we met Todd. He is the finance GURU!!!! Seriously! He really went out of his way to make us happy! Then, today we get a call from Todd he got us even a better deal! Talk about going above and beyond!wow! Our experience at this dealership was just amazing! I did not expect the team effort, the edification of each other, the desire to help us without a high pressure sales crap! I know I will be going there again for all my cars! They are amazing! I must mention, it truly started with Laura!!!!! If it wasn't for her giving us confidence that driving an hour away wouldn't be a waste of time, I would have just used the dealership 5 minutes from my home! Than you Grieco Mazda Team! More

THERE CAN'T POSSIBLY BE A WORSE MAZDA DEALERSHIP. SAM HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE IN A CAR WITH NO GAS WE HAD TO STOP AND GET GAS COULD NOT EVEN USE THE CREDIT CARD S HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE IN A CAR WITH NO GAS WE HAD TO STOP AND GET GAS COULD NOT EVEN USE THE CREDIT CARD SWIPE AT THE PUMP HAD TO GO INSIDE TO GET THE AUTHORIZATION. EDWARD JUST PLAIN OUT LIES OR WORSE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE TOLD US WE WERE PREAPPROVED ON SUNDAY ONLY TO BE TOLD ON MONDAY BY SCOTTY THAT THE APP HAD JUST BEEN RUN EARLIER TODAY AND WE WERE DENIED. I CALLED EDWARD NUMEROUS TIMES AND HE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I WAS COMPLETELY HONEST WITH THESE CLOWNS ABOUT MY SITUATION. ALL I ASKED WAS THE SAME IN RETURN. I DID HOWEVER BUY A CAR FROM LEHMAN MAZDA ALL THE TERMS WERE UPFRONT AND THATS ALL I WANTED FROM THESE CLOWNS. MAZDA HAS A GREAT PRODUCT BUT THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE AT BEST. I WENT TO THEM BECASUE THEY WERE THE CLOSEST TO MY HOME IT FELT WRONG FROM THE START BUT I KEPT PUSHING SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT FROM THE BEGINING. More
Called ahead to find out if vehicle was still available and was told it was. When we arrived the vehicle was no where to be found. Was given the excuse that an employee might have taken the car home the and was told it was. When we arrived the vehicle was no where to be found. Then we were driven to a completely different make and model of a car and were given a sales pitch. We still have not heard back from the salesman about the phantom car. Worst experience ever! I was lured in by the internet saleslady who said they had the new car I was looking for, which they advertised online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the saleslady who introduced me to the Internet Sales Manager. The manager immediately pushed me off to another salesman. He went to get the car I had come to purchase and after waiting for 30 minutes he came back and said the car had been sold 2 months prior and their inventory was not updated. He proceeded to try to talk me into looking at a more expensive car. I left there running and never looked back. I went to Royal Palm Mazda and was treated well and very fairly and purchased a new Mazda from there. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda or any used vehicle to check out Royal Palm Mazda. After two weeks, I received a letter in the mail from Delray Mazda stating they could not approve me for a loan. What a joke! I got the 2.9% from Royal Palm Mazda. More
We were looking for a reliable used car that was good on gas for quite a few months. I was torn between a hatch or sedan and both happened to be next to one another on the lot. We were greeted by Lou a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Once Anthony was involved we did not feel as though he was just trying to make a sale. He gave information upfront and made the car buying experience very pleasant. My wife will be keeping an eye on the cx9 and she is very pleased that I am now driving a top safety rated vehicle that will be transporting our growing family. The rest of the staff was very helpful and made the process a easy into purchasing my Mazda 3. We feel as though we made the right vehicle and dealership choice. We would recommend Grieco Mazda to family and friends. More
