Called ahead to find out if vehicle was still available and was told it was. When we arrived the vehicle was no where to be found. Worst experience ever! I was lured in by the internet saleslady who said they had the new car I was looking for, which they advertised online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the saleslady who introduced me to the Internet Sales Manager. The manager immediately pushed me off to another salesman. He went to get the car I had come to purchase and after waiting for 30 minutes he came back and said the car had been sold 2 months prior and their inventory was not updated. He proceeded to try to talk me into looking at a more expensive car. I left there running and never looked back. I went to Royal Palm Mazda and was treated well and very fairly and purchased a new Mazda from there. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda or any used vehicle to check out Royal Palm Mazda. After two weeks, I received a letter in the mail from Delray Mazda stating they could not approve me for a loan. What a joke! I got the 2.9% from Royal Palm Mazda. More

We were looking for a reliable used car that was good on gas for quite a few months. Once Anthony was involved we did not feel as though he was just trying to make a sale. He gave information upfront and made the car buying experience very pleasant. My wife will be keeping an eye on the cx9 and she is very pleased that I am now driving a top safety rated vehicle that will be transporting our growing family. The rest of the staff was very helpful and made the process a easy into purchasing my Mazda 3. We feel as though we made the right vehicle and dealership choice. Anthony at Delray Mazda was so helpful and great with getting me into the right vehicle for me. I originally was working with someone else who showed me a Mazda 3. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features. I have since then recommended Anthony to my brother and sister-in-law who have also just recently Leased a Mazda from him. I will continue to refer him to any one looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. I also want to add that when i did purchase the vehicle there was a few scratch marks on the back fender which Delray Mazda did say they would take care of and they did. I was recently in the market for a late model certified used car and knew after some research that I wanted a Mazda6. I visited Greico Delray Mazda and test drove a 2010 Mazda6. Anthony, our salesman, was almost immediately like a a long lost friend and treated me like family. How rare to find car salesmen that you feel you can trust! No one was pushy, there was no pressure, no typical dealership nonsense. Though I did not buy the Mazda I test drove that day as I was not quite ready to make the purchase, I was sure that this would be the dealership and the salesman from whom I would purchase a car, if only they had the car in the color I wanted. The following weekend I made the rounds going from dealership to dealership test driving one Mazda6 after another. Though the cars themselves may have been nice, the salespeople, the way I was treated and the prices could not hold a candle to Greico Delray Mazda. I walked out of several other dealerships before returning to see Anthony. I was willing to buy my car in my least favorite color, just to have the peace of mind that comes from buying from a trustworthy salesman at a reputable local dealership, getting the BEST possible price and having a quality certified pre-owned Mazda. Lucky for me, Anthony found a Mazda6 in the color I had been searching for that had come in as a trade late the prior evening! He then got to work fighting hard to get me the best possible price and then turned me over to an outstanding finance crew for a FAR BETTER THAN EXPECTED finance rate. Just attempted to purchase a vehicle advertised for $19k. Trying to confirm the misleading price they have advertised online they would not confirm the fine print. First they said the price advertised is after $2000 down or $2000 in trade equity. Then they required me to finance at rates 3 tikes higher than I could get on my own or lose $1000 incentive. It's a used car so there are no factory incentives. When I tried to get a full price they refused unless I would call in and speak with a manager. The most shady car dealer I have dealt with and I personally buy a car every 18 months and help friends and family buy cars on a monthly basis. Mostly to help then avoid practices like this. Kept a copy if the transcript and forwarded it to the better business bureau and Mazda corporate.... DON'T BUY HERE!!!! More
