Ripped off & screwed Had an issue with my Mazda where it started to overheat (was an intermittentant stuck thermostat). No leakage of water at all & decided it would be be Had an issue with my Mazda where it started to overheat (was an intermittentant stuck thermostat). No leakage of water at all & decided it would be better not to drive it all the way there & had AAA tow it there since it was closer from where the overheating was then my regular dealer, so nothing further could be damaged. Tow driver confirmed there was no leakage & agreed that it must be the thermostat. Dropped off car & the next day they said it would be ready in about an hour as it needed a new thermostat & coolant container (they said it was cracked). When I didn't hear back from them within the hour I called them & they said they had a problem where they thought the freeze plugs had a leak & being it is an aluminium engine it is non-repairable & I would need a new engine. Then they told me that it is there policy that if I trade the car in right htere & buy a new car from them that they would not charge me for repairs. (Sounded like a scam to me). Went there to inspect the car & talked to the mechanic who said he wan't exactly sure that was the issue as he can't see the spot where it was leaking. He said he filled it with fluid & then it started leaking. I went with one of my friends that knows cars like the back of his hand & basically caught the mechanic in lies where he said the car was not leaking in the parking lot nor had leaked when he 1st drove the car in, but when he drove the car back in the bay again to work on it again it was leaking. We aksed was it possible that they ran the car outside for a while before bringing it in & he said anything is possible. So now I need a new engine because they ruined my car! I took my car to my regular mechanic & he confirmed that the engine is warped & water is in the oil & the engine is bad. Of course his price was way better than Grieco's to replace the it. I had to buy a new engine if I ws to be able to keep the car & drive it. Then to top off that, I later get a letter from a lien company that they are going to put a lien on my car on behalf of Greico & that my car is still at the dealer. What a scam that is! They gave me the car to take it for a 2nd opinion and now they want to put a lien on it. I had to involve my lawyer & they said if Greico doesn't have possesion then they won't put a lien on it. If you want an honest place of business to work on your car then this is definatly not the place! I own 3 Mazdas in our family & I will never buy another one again because of this incident. If you have a Mazda & need to take it to a reputable dealer then use Lou Backorodt in Coconut Creek. Greico is a total dishonest company. More

They didn't have the color that I wanted in stock, he makes a few phone call and make sure that I get the color I wanted the next day. He is friendly and very good at his job.
