I've been turned down by just about everyone because I didn't have thousands of dollars to put down on a vehicle. I drove hour and a half to Delray because a friend recommended me the area for good deals on Labor Day weekend. I was happyly greeted by a person standing by the door with a co-worker. He told me he would do his absolute best to make sure I drove out there with a car. He was committed to go above and beyond. I've never wrote a review before but Mr. Jose Cruz Sales/Leasing Consultant, deserves much more than this. I worked with him on the purchase of my 2014 Toyota Corolla S. Jose is great to deal with, no pressure, I really like him, his effort, his positive and "never give up" attitud, how helpful, friendly and professional he is. He was excellent explaining everything to me in detail and he was honest on how things can work out. I felt confident. When we couldn't find an agreement point, he asked me "what can you do today to get you a car?", and then he changed his strategy to work around my proposal. Literally 4 and a half hours running around working himself to the ground, consulting with the extremely helpful General Manager, Anthony Lauria, he finally got it!!. I was planning to lease a car, because I was told it was more affordable, but Jose tried so many different ways to give me a car that he end up giving me the chance to purchase one!! He blessed me with a beautiful car and showed me that he is a phenomenal skilled car salesman and an amazing person and man. He is awesome! Thank you, Jose! He made the car buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. This is the first time that I buy a car on my own. The General Manager Anthony Lauria even stopped by to say hi and congratulate me after I accepted the deal. Great experience I was shopping all day for a car for my son. We went to Toyota and honda and kia and last on the strip of us 1 in Delray beach was Mazda. We were so tired from all the back and fourth and were about to go home when we said lets try this last place and then call it a day. Long story short this place was the cherry on the cake. The best car experience we encountered all day. We walked in and were immediately greeted with friendly smiles and knowledge to all our questions. We narrowed down the vehicle and price with no haggling. The general sales manager Anthony Lauria came out right away to try and help on the price made it easy and not pushy in any way.sales representative Charles Lauria was a young man who helped my son throughout the whole process and found common ground for his needs.. After all was said and done we left with a certified pre owned mazda 6 that looked brand new. Great experience and will recommend to anyone. Don't beli everything you read and try it for your self. Starting with the Internet team, they were so friendly in helping arrange my time to get into the dealer due to some time constraints. Dealer closes at 7pm, my team stayed with me until about 11pm to get me what I wanted. Really felt like they were there for me. John Petrulis was the most knowledgeable, most courteous, and honest salesman ever. He really wanted to get me what I wanted. Dane Luca (manager) and Danielle Bienkievitz (finance) were so helpful and courteous I couldn't believe it. Not pushy what so ever. I left wondering how I was able to choose what I wanted at the price I wanted without a single hassle. Great respect for this team, I hope the rest of you get to work with them as well.
