All the sales people were busy when I walked in and the customer service person pulled a sales rep, Stafford, from a training class. I was nervous working with a new sales representative, but once we got down to the nitty gritty I felt extremely comfortable talking to him and sensed he understood my needs and wants were, since he didn't try to oversell the product. A very nice man, willing to do what it takes to get your business. I am happy to report I love my new CX3!! More
What a JOY!!!!! After 11 years I decided to buy a car and after seeing a Billboard with the Mazda 6 in Soul Red I knew that's what I wanted. So I went to Grieco Mazda and met with Bill Curtain and I never felt more sure or secure of my purchase. Bill was wonderful and he set my car up thinking completely of my safety. I loved this experience. I felt very comfortable and to say the least very ecstatic over my purchase and will definitely never buy from anyone but from Grieco Mazda and Bill Curtain!!!! More
One of a kind I purchased my Mazda from Bill Curtin over 1 year ago. I was involved in a car accident last week. I called Grieco Mazda to speak to Bill to ask a few I purchased my Mazda from Bill Curtin over 1 year ago. I was involved in a car accident last week. I called Grieco Mazda to speak to Bill to ask a few questions. Since I live an hour away and short on time I wanted to have my car repaired closer to home. I received 2 estimates that seemed to me high. After Bill took the time to research I found out the 2 other body shops lets just say where not very honest. I decided to drive up to see Bill, he introduced me to Mike and Kenny in service. In 1 hour I was in and out, saved $800 dollars and on my way. I want to thank everyone at Grieco Mazda for treating me like a Customer not as dollar signs. I recommend Bill to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle. Even if you have to drive an hour it is definitely worth the trip! More

Everytime I had questions about a different car he was eager to help and never got short or frustrated even though I left twice before I came back to purchase. very shady dealership, taking advantage of disabled veteran I was visiting from out of state and had to bring my Mazda in for faulty rear differential bolts (which are clearly documented all over the internet f I was visiting from out of state and had to bring my Mazda in for faulty rear differential bolts (which are clearly documented all over the internet for my vehicle) that sheered off on my drive to Florida. i was told that it would not be covered under warranty. the service guy i dealt with told he would help me out after i explained i was a disabled veteran. they told me they would attempt to extract the sheered off bolts from the rear differential and i agreed to 2 hours of work at a rate of $100+ an hour. they managed to get one bolt out very easily, but while trying the other one, they drilled the bolt off center and chewed up my differential casing making it impossible to get the bolt out and use my differential. They wanted to charge me over 8 hours of work , but when i agreed to 2 hours to see if it was possible that they can accomplish just getting a broken bolt out...they ruined my rear differential. I had to buy another used differential from somewhere else for $600 (which is far better than what Mazda would have charged me). I went a week later to have work done, and the same guy i talked acted very friendly until i told him what his techs had done to my rear differential , in which he gave me dirty looks and pretended to not hear anything i was saying. If you do not go in there brandishing money around, they will screw you any way they can. I don't expect special treatment for being a disabled veteran, but i do expect a business to stay true to there word and not make false statements or blow smoke up ones butt. this is a shady dealership , i would not recommend anybody to go there. More

I've been turned down by just about everyone because I didn't have thousands of dollars to put down on a vehicle. I drove hour and a half to Delray because a friend recommended me the area for good deals on Labor Day weekend. I was happyly greeted by a person standing by the door with a co-worker. He told me he would do his absolute best to make sure I drove out there with a car. He was committed to go above and beyond. I've never wrote a review before but Mr. Jose Cruz Sales/Leasing Consultant, deserves much more than this. I worked with him on the purchase of my 2014 Toyota Corolla S. Jose is great to deal with, no pressure, I really like him, his effort, his positive and "never give up" attitud, how helpful, friendly and professional he is. He was excellent explaining everything to me in detail and he was honest on how things can work out. I felt confident. When we couldn't find an agreement point, he asked me "what can you do today to get you a car?", and then he changed his strategy to work around my proposal. Literally 4 and a half hours running around working himself to the ground, consulting with the extremely helpful General Manager, Anthony Lauria, he finally got it!!. I was planning to lease a car, because I was told it was more affordable, but Jose tried so many different ways to give me a car that he end up giving me the chance to purchase one!! He blessed me with a beautiful car and showed me that he is a phenomenal skilled car salesman and an amazing person and man. He is awesome! Thank you, Jose! He made the car buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. This is the first time that I buy a car on my own. The General Manager Anthony Lauria even stopped by to say hi and congratulate me after I accepted the deal. In a matter of minutes he had the exact price I wanted to pay. They traveled 50 + miles to get me the exact GT CX-5 that I wanted. No high pressure and very honest. Also Steve in finance was great. No nonsense and got us in and out fast. Next time around we will be going to Grieco again More
