Hour and a half worth traveled! I live in Miami Dade/Kendall area which is about an hour and a half away from dealer. However, I do not mind driving up there. Beyond expectations This is the second vehicle that we’ve acquired from Grieco Mazda and I have no doubts that it will not be the last. We conducted our business over the phone and showed up at the dealership to pick up our new car, but upon inspecting the vehicle we discovered that it lacked a package that we wanted. Our salesperson couldn’t be there due to factors beyond his control. We later learned that our salesperson was new and had made an error. This is where James Hamburger stepped in and took control of the situation. He quickly conferred with Dane Luca, the General Manager of the dealership, and immediately they formulated a solution. They did not have the car in stock with the equipment that we wanted, but before Jim told us, they had already located a car at another dealership and were working on a dealer swap. They pulled off a miracle in the car business. They made the arrangements with the other dealer and had our new car at their dealership in less than two hours. We were amazed at their professionalism and efficiency. Someone made an error, as human beings are prone to do, but instead of belaboring the issue they quickly found a solution and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our transaction. James Hamburger is true professional and Dane Luca is an outstanding leader. If you are considering buying or leasing a Mazda there genuinely is no better place to shop than Grieco Mazda. More

What really sold me was my salesperson,Anthony Gioe. I had to bring my 72 year old mother along with me to co-sign the lease. He was so respectful to her which meant a lot to me. He is a very professional and Greico Mazda should be proud to have an valuable asset like Anthony Gieo representing them. In my opinion,if anyone deserves a pay raise it is Anthony.
