what a difference a year makes My wife and I bought a Mazda CX-9 a little over a year ago with the wonderful help of Bill in sales and Sales Manager Anthony. With my wifes Nissan l My wife and I bought a Mazda CX-9 a little over a year ago with the wonderful help of Bill in sales and Sales Manager Anthony. With my wifes Nissan lease at the end of term we returned to Grieco to price a lease on a CX-5.. We arrived at the dealership , and were disappointed to find out that both Bill and Anthony no longer worked there. As it was fairly late after work and Bill wasn't there we decided to just go to the desk & ask for term and price and come in over the weekend when we had more time to buy the car. From behind the managers desk we met GSM Albert Fayto ( by his name tag). When I asked him some questions, he got quite visually annoyed with us, told us he was working with another customer and told us in a rude tone that "you'll wait till I'm free". We went to the cafe and had coffee and we both checked our phones. After 1/2 hour, I walked back to desk to see if he was available. The words from his mouth surprised me. He asked if we were taking the car home tonight. I said I told you I just wanted term and payment info & we would be in on the weekend to drive the car & buy the car when we had more time as we hate to rush with a car purchase. Our CX-9 here last year took 4 hours, The time went fast. They got us a great deal, Bill taught us all the technology and Anthony kept us entertained with some great family stories from his days in NY as we were waiting for the finance manager.. Mr Fayto immediately became loud, rude and condescending, taking to me as if I were an inferior person not to be able to make an immediate decision. His outburst was loud and embarrassing to us as there were quite a few people on the sales floor with heads turned & listening. We are grown people, have bought or leased about 10 cars in Florida, and have never been made to feel like pieces of crap as this man said we were. My wife grabbed me by the arm and dragged me outside telling me she felt intimidated by that poor excuse of a man and we should go to the Mazda dealer in Coconut Creek, which is closer to our home anyway. Good riddance MR NASTY GSM. More
