My latest experience at Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach I owned a CX5 before upgrading to 2016 CX9 Recently I went to Delray Mazda looking to upgrade my white 2013 CX5 and I met the new 2016 CX9. Yes it’ I owned a CX5 before upgrading to 2016 CX9 Recently I went to Delray Mazda looking to upgrade my white 2013 CX5 and I met the new 2016 CX9. Yes it’s also white The price was great and I get the best deal on this car. With the 2016 CX9 choices are unlimited Great things that happened that day: 1. The trade-in values was great. A lot more than I was expected. 2. Customer loyalty discount 3. Free car-wash and other perks A few of the things I test and love about my CX9: 1. Color 2. New feature: Did you know the 2016 CX tells you when you are approaching a red light camera and tell you to reduce your speed? 3. Infotainment, voice command 4. Sport Mode 5. Driving experience 6. New feature: It’s tell you when you are going over the speed limit. So I advise you to always drive within the speed limit. I feel cheated. Buying a vehicle is supposed to be a good experience, and it was for a split moment during closing, until I realized that the numbers agreed upon and Buying a vehicle is supposed to be a good experience, and it was for a split moment during closing, until I realized that the numbers agreed upon and the hand shake that was made meant nothing. I was fairly satisfied with the customer service in the initial portion of the purchase. However, once I realized what had been done, only after arriving home, I was furious. After contacting the dealer, all of a sudden the customer service no longer existed, and the simple explanation I received for money disappearing was: "i am sorry it was explained wrong to you" . What kind of answer is this? He made me feel as if I am at fault for loosing money. I am greatly disappointed and had serious consideration for simply rescinding the contract. I simply do not want to go through more stress and be disrespected in such fashion. I have lost sleep over the fact that I declined other ultimately better offers with better people in dealers of the same make in Royal Palm and North Palm Beach. I have to say I am very satisfied with the vehicle and is the only reason I plan on keeping it. I would definitely recommend a Mazda, but I will not be returning to purchase a vehicle from Grieco Mazda in Delray. More

This time a Mazda 6 Grand Touring! -Kevin set out to get us a fair deal. He represents Mazda well and looks out for his customer also. You can count on him for a good experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience working or being around the entire staff.
