Pulled a bait and switch Was looking for a vehicle with specific amenities. They brought up the perfect car from the lower lot and parked it on the side of the building. One distinct feature on this perfect car was the home link mirror. I probably would have bought this car. They then drove this perfect car away and parked a similar looking car in the front of the building.i mentioned I would like to test drive. I get in, seat felt different and mirror did not have home link to open garage door . I said something. They said this is a touring and the other car was a grand touring. They also said other was more expensive. I said I don't like bait and switch tactics and I'm out of here. They lost my business for being underhanded, devious and not letting me decide on amentities and my pocket book . More

We drove 3 hours south (200 miles!) from Mount Dora to Delray Beach to purchase this car. From the very first contact with Jeff over the phone on Monday 14 November 2016, the sales experience was an incredible breeze and an unbelievably wonderful experience. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly and even videoed a test drive of the car that he sent to us. Jeff had everything arranged and the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived Sunday. Kevin met us and took us through the purchase process with ease, expert knowledge and a wonderful personality. Herbert finished the deal up with expertise, amazing efficiency and a terrific sense of humor. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour and back on the rode for our 3 hour drive back north to Mount Dora. I spoke to him on a Wednesday night at 10:30pm and explained the situation and urgency. His response " we work with 40 lenders I'll get you approved with all your expectations." I must tell you, he called me back the following day, Thursday by 11:20 am and told he got me approved and to come pick up my car.
