Customer Service was impeccable from sales, to business manager to other management. Everybody was fantastic, especially John. John displays a passion for what he does and how he expresses himself. He is an example of what sales should be - Customer Service at it's finest! Let me tell you, if you have ever had a bad experience at a dealership... You won't find it here at this dealership. John is top of the line. I'm talking #1 Total Class Act. I told him i had a bad buying experience 11 years ago and from the beginning he was helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and not intrusive at all. The whole team at Grieco Mazda was great! The grounds were taken care of , the staff was friendly and I will definitely be shouting Grieco Mazda Delray from the rooftops when someone asks me where they should look to buy or lease their next vehicle. Jeff, the genleman that helped form my actual deal could not have been better. He truly worked with me to help me find something that was in my budget but also a vehicle that I was happy with. Pulled a bait and switch Was looking for a vehicle with specific amenities. They brought up the perfect car from the lower lot and parked it on the side of the building. One distinct feature on this perfect car was the home link mirror. I probably would have bought this car. They then drove this perfect car away and parked a similar looking car in the front of the building.i mentioned I would like to test drive. I get in, seat felt different and mirror did not have home link to open garage door . I said something. They said this is a touring and the other car was a grand touring. They also said other was more expensive. I said I don't like bait and switch tactics and I'm out of here. They lost my business for being underhanded, devious and not letting me decide on amentities and my pocket book . More

We drove 3 hours south (200 miles!) from Mount Dora to Delray Beach to purchase this car. From the very first contact with Jeff over the phone on Monday 14 November 2016, the sales experience was an incredible breeze and an unbelievably wonderful experience. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly and even videoed a test drive of the car that he sent to us. Jeff had everything arranged and the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived Sunday. Kevin met us and took us through the purchase process with ease, expert knowledge and a wonderful personality. Herbert finished the deal up with expertise, amazing efficiency and a terrific sense of humor. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour and back on the rode for our 3 hour drive back north to Mount Dora. This was without a doubt the BEST experience we have EVER had in purchasing a car from a dealership and we have purchased many cars over the last 45 years. I would recommend Grieco Mazda to everyone!
