Deceitful & dishonest I bought a 2 year old Lexus with under 7k miles from them. The salesman raved how it was beautiful & 'like new'. I was recently told by 2 dealership I bought a 2 year old Lexus with under 7k miles from them. The salesman raved how it was beautiful & 'like new'. I was recently told by 2 dealerships & a wholesaler that it had structure damage which lowered it's value. They showed me where it had been repainted & provided photos of the damage. I was given documentation that states this damage was disclosed at auction when Grieco bought it. Grieco refuses to take responsibility for their deception that cost me $3,300. I was uncomfortable driving the car since I was told that this damage increased the risk of injury if I were to be involved in an accident. More

Just ok, broken promises I would love to leave a positive review, most of my experience was ok. But when you get things in writting and people avoid you, its unnerving. My ex husband and i stopped by and left over 5 messages for the key fobs that were supposed to be made for our new purchase but almost 3 weeks later no one will pick up my calls. Russell the salesman is always with a customer and wont returns calls. Ive asked for the manager and i keep getting internet sales then put on hold. Terrible customer service. Currently on hole 15 minutes. More

75% Wonderful 25% Dreadful Let me first state that shopping on Christmas Eve was probably not the greatest idea. My wife and I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before they o Let me first state that shopping on Christmas Eve was probably not the greatest idea. My wife and I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before they opened and wandered the lot looking at the very colors of CX-5's. I had already done a ton of research and new pretty much what I thought we should pay for a 2018 Touring. After half an hour or so we still had not seen a sales person anywhere so we wandered inside and eventually met by Ethan who then turned us over to Moe. I can not state how happy we were with Moe and his professionalism. He explained the differences between a 2018 and the just arrived 2019 and let my wife take a test drive in a 2018 Blue touring model. She loved the car but wasn't quite sure about the color so Moe let her drive a White version of the same car ... I thought that was fantastic and that he had showed so much patience. We eventually went back into the dealer and Jeff the sales manager came out and said he would negotiate the price of the car with us instead of Moe running back and forth. I thought this was a great time saving idea and Jeff and I eventually agreed on a very good price for both the new car and the trade-in. He even agreed to pay all the dealer costs leaving me with just taxes and sticker fees. The price was actually lower than I had estimated I could get!! That's the 75% wonderful part. We had arrived at a little before 9am and it was now around 11:30 or so, not to bad so far. Moe told us the finance guy was working with another customer and would be with us soon, OK no problem. Moe brought our new car around and switched the license plate and gave my wife a great tour around her new car .. great still, right. After nearly 2 hours later of sitting around watching the finance guy we finally got in to see him. Now up to this point no one had asked me how much if any money I was putting down or how many months I wanted to finance the car for so when we finally sat down he had all this paper work done for 72 months instead of 60 and since I was putting money down he had more work to do. So after 15 minutes of redoing the paperwork we finally got to the point where he wanted to sell us paint protection, fabric protection and the like. We waited till he was done with his pitch and politely said no thank you. We now started signing paperwork. I've purchased many vehicles and this all seemed quite routine and as usual the last thing to sign is the sales contract. This is where it all went downhill fast. The contract seemed to be at least $1500 to $2000 higher than what I had calculated. He hemmed and hawed about this is what we agreed to and so on and I insisted it was wrong. He told us how great a deal we got and that the dealer was taking a hit on this sales. I eventually asked to see the original sheet that Jeff and I negotiated on and once I had that I showed him where in plain English Jeff had agreed to wave all dealer fees which were $799. So Rich does the paperwork again and I guess he thought since I had looked at the original that I would be willing to just sign the new version. I figured I better really check close this time and way down at the bottom there was a fee of $599 for some type of fabric protection. I stated to him I never agreed to anything of the sort and get this ... he said it was part of every contract! By now I'm steaming. The dealership has been closed for an hour and a half and my wife and I were tired and hungry. So I again objected and he gets fairly belligerent at this point saying Ok he'll take the money off but he just would add it back to the top. I said no ... he gets madder and I said no I would not be taking the car if that was in the price. The next instance Jeff the manager (who obviously had been listening) comes over and tells him to just take $600 off what we had agreed upon earlier. So another round of paperwork with what was finally the original agreed upon price (minus the extra $600) and we finally made it out of there. I know the job of the finance guy is to make the dealer money and he probably is successful with many of the people who don't take the time to thoroughly read their contracts. That's OK I guess but if he does get caught like he did this time he should then work extra hard not to xxxx off the customer. Even though it was not the best car buying experience I would still recommend buying from here. Just be very diligent when checking your paperwork and if your not 100% satisfied get the manager involved. PS ... My wife love her new Mazda CX-5 More

Professional, Honest and Pleasant Staff I was very pleased w the care and patience of this dealership. Of course, they are trying to make a sale and that they did and I got a great deal as I was very pleased w the care and patience of this dealership. They did all I asked and we agreed on. Everyone from the sales people, the sales manager to the finance manager to the delivery of the car and explaining the features was great! From the test drive and teaching me how to use the features at first w salesman Ofer Agajan to the delivery when picked up and all explained w salseman Maurode Moe Desrosiers it was a great experience. Highly recommend Greico Mazada. So far, I love the CX-5 Grand Touring- it hugs the road and is very comfortable. I have had many more expensive cars in the past so I am beyond elated by both the car and the experience. More
