The reason of this message is to complain about the bad treatment and poor professional Hyundai Santa Fe at the grieco Hyundai of Johnston, Ri 02919. The reason of this message is to complain about the bad treatment and poor professionalism the salesman David Duarte had towards us, he gave me wrong information about registering the car and now I’ve been unable to drive the car because of his lack of information and skills as a sales and leasing consultant, he’s been ignoring me for the past week and now that I presented him with all the documents he “forgot” to tell me I needed to register a new plate, it is clear that all he wanted was to sell me a car at all cost and now that I faced all the problems of a bad guidance I’m the one paying the consequences. I haven’t been able to use the car that I bought from him for almost a month now and soon O have to pay the first month for something I can’t use because of him and his incompetent skills. Then when I tried to complain about it with the manager Ricardo Castillo he couldn’t stop laughing so hard he couldn’t even talk to me over the phone, I’m done being a clown for the incompetent people that work at this location. I don’t deserve this treatment specially after buying a car from them, it’s crazy! More

Your online staff lured me into Grieco Hyundai by telling me a manager approved the purchase of my car for $24,800. I made an appointment for 12pm on Monday, February 13th with the assumption I would be leav me a manager approved the purchase of my car for $24,800. I made an appointment for 12pm on Monday, February 13th with the assumption I would be leaving with payment in hand. I wasn’t greeted until 1pm due to a staff meeting with only one employee working on the floor who clearly seemed overwhelmed. Once I was approached for the appraisal process, I mentioned that the online staff told me that a manager approved my vehicle purchase and he laughed in my face and said, “I’ve been doing this for nine years and the online staff is trained to say things like that to get you in the door” I was mortified by his comments and embarrassed. He completed the appraisal and the offer received was $3,000 less than what I was told online. An AWFUL way to treat customers and I will never return to this dealership and will promise to share my experience in online reviews and word of mouth. More
