This dealership has Failed to deliver good title and registration on a 2020 Hyundai Elantra purchased on November 14, 2023, and to date I still do not have title or registration (4 months later). I have not been able to drive my new car for the last 3 months and the dealership has not been responsive to numerous phone calls nor have they been proactive to keep me up to date on the status of why/when/what is preventing the issuance of a title and registration. This was my first time buying my own car. I decided to limit my search of used cars to those offered by a reputable dealership knowing I would pay more for my car, but assuming it would be a better experience, the car would be better quality, more reliable and there would be a better customer service experience than buying a car from a current owner. I feel I did everything that was asked of me, which cannot be said for the dealership. $18k and 4 months later, I am still unable to drive the car I purchased and insured. The dealership has provided a loaner vehicle but only after we reached out for them when we were approaching the end of my 30-day temp registration. Grieco has never proactively reached out with updates, has failed to respond to voice mails, and hasn’t provided an accurate timetable on when things will be resolved. The last communication I received was that “it should be any day now”. That was 3 weeks ago, and we still do not have a title or CT registration. So, 4 months after my purchase I have a vehicle that I cannot drive and have had no details provided by the dealership on what the issue is, what they need to do to fix it and when it will be resolved. More

I wouldn't recommend this dealership. The service department has a 6 week wait. I have been dealing with the same issue on a brand new vehicle for over a year. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be February before I can bring the car to be diagnosed (even though it is the same issue over and over) and then I will have to wait weeks again for a part. Absolutely awful service. Left message for service manager and no response which is their MO. I have had no sound of any kind in my car for over 6 months on and off since purchasing in August 2022.
