Yes, yes, yes for Grieco. I am on my forth Hyundai but the first purchased from Grieco it is also the 16th within my family and friends. The Service Dept led by Ms Morrell was courteous, prompt and asked and answered the right questions. The car was returned to me washed inside and out, looking much the same as it did on the day it was delivered. One hundred percent satisfied with the entire operation. If I were to buy a new car tomorrow it would certainly be from this dealer. Employees such as Ms Morrell, Chris You, and Corey Silvia set this dealership apart from other dealers I have dealt with, no matter the brand of automobile. More

Disaster Turned To Hope I was in RI for business and the engine blew on my 2013 Tucson. I had it towed into Grieco and met Service Mgr Shawna Morrell who had unfortunate inf I was in RI for business and the engine blew on my 2013 Tucson. I had it towed into Grieco and met Service Mgr Shawna Morrell who had unfortunate information. Hyundai had a recall on my engine but it was Vin specific and my car was not covered under the recall. She said she'd do her best with corporate but didn't hold much hope. I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Santa Fe as I had to get home to New York and renting made no sense to me. This was on Friday. I contacted corporate Hyundai in Calif and they gave me little hope. I returned to RI on Monday to clear out the old car and was told Shawna that she had been in contact with corporate service and they were escalating the issue. By the time I cleaned out the car she had got them to agree to dropping the oil pan and taking pictures of the engine. Tues Shawna called and told me they had got Hyundai to approve a new engine and had ordered it. In a short time I will have the Tucson back with a new engine for my family. I was not given a run around with Grieco just straight talk and an honest response with out attitude. Unfortunately they are way too far from home to use for my service. Thank you Shawna and Thank you Grieco. More
