Would prefer to give zero stars. Horrible service/experience. I financed a vehicle for the first time here. I was so excited to get a nice, newer, reliable vehicle. Boy was I wrong. The 2014 service/experience. I financed a vehicle for the first time here. I was so excited to get a nice, newer, reliable vehicle. Boy was I wrong. The 2014 Silver Ford Focus started giving me issues within 2 wks of purchase. I took car in for service 4 times and kept having starting issues. First time I was told they couldn't find the problem so they couldn't fix it and to pick it up. I did so. Took it back a 2nd time and they replaced the battery, which means they must've found an issue. I still continued to have issues. I missed several appts and was late to work because the vehicle would not start intermittently. I got stuck with the car and had to call AAA, who tested and told me it was an electrical issue and the new battery was low so something was draining it. The last time I took it in they again said they couldn't duplicate the problem and therefore could not fix it and wanted me to pick up the car, even though I had videos to show them the issues and offered to e-mail them to the service dept. I refused to pick it up until it was fixed. Even went through the owner who kept telling sales and service to give me a loaner, but I was told that I was not eligible, even though I had $3,000 GAP insurance that is supposed to cover it also. I was trying to work with one of the head salesmen, Rob, and he was rude and impossible. He insisted the car did not have issues and it was my issue, as well as calling me a liar. They ended up buying out my loan, but I had to deal with a lot of crap to get that done. Now, I'm out 2 car payments and have no vehicle and nothing to show for it and am starting again from scratch. As my first experience financing a vehicle it is quite discouraging and extremely frustrating and I've never been so happy to start back at ZERO!. More
This Dealership is a scammer. Zero Stars if I could!!! I called at noon on inventory that was clearly in stock and talked with a Rep named Alex... Told her the Vin and stock number I wanted.. Not once did she say I needed to come into the dealership as it was the end of the sales special and I needed to make an appointment during Covid and pay for the car in person.. Some 60 miles away on a 1/1/2021. I asked if I could put a check, or credit card deposit as they say I can do all of my deal over the phone and online.. COVID free right.. I wanted to car they had and needed nothing else. SOOO.. she tells me she needs to call her Manager Brandon.. I do not hear from her so I call 45 mins later and she tells me I have to come in.. I tell her I have had this happen before and lose the car so I said can I do the deal via now.. I go to financing, she sends me the link and I fill it out while we are talking. She says financing will get right back to me.. SO I talk with a Haley or someone else who tells me the car is now in financing with someone else... Total BS>. I ask for Brandon Debarrows 10 times and get his voicemail and no recall.. I go back to the call center and it is anywhere but the dealership.. TOTAL BS... I then call back and they say because I did not come in, did not have an appointment and was not hear that the deal will go to someone else. Mr. Greico.. .I have met you and your family.. is this the real way you want to run a dealership for someone that just wants a deal.. Buyer beware.. I only wasted 2 1/2 hours.. but Happy New Year.. would not go to them if they gave me the car for FREE>. thanks Grieco Nightmare...No call back.. Nothing.. it was a terrible joke on a First Responder.. during Covid.. What a waste of my time as I try to keep all of their families safe.. Save yourself some time and go to a different dealership. The only person who showed even a shred of kindness was Carmela, I just wish that made up for the unapproved hard inquiry on my credit report. More

He layed out everything in laymen’s terms, answered all my questions even when I was definitely repeating the same concerns over and over. H amazing! He listened to what I wanted and my concerns, he didn’t try and push cars or options I didn’t want on me! I would definitely recommend going to him again! The appointment did take a decent amount of time but that was more because I had a lot of questions and he spent time making sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. I brought my 2012 Santa Fe in this summer for an inspection, and knew it would be kind of expensive because the check engine light was on, but otherwise the car drove fine. The estimate to repair that issue was $1000, but they also said that the tie rods, front axles and rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced to pass inspection. After the shock wore off, I reluctantly told them go ahead with the repairs, using aftermarket parts if they could. They called me back a couple of days later, and said that the rear axle had broken while getting it off the lift, and that would need to be repaired also, waiving the labor cost (after much complaining on my part). I picked up my car later in the week, and paid half of its value in repairs. The next day I took it for a drive, and a loud screeching noise started to occur whenever I braked, and the alignment was off. I brought it back in, and they realigned it for free, and said the front pads and rotors needed to be replaced to fix the screeching. I said no thanks, and brought it home to do that repair myself since I have the tools and knowledge to do that myself. Well, after I swapped the pads and rotors, the noise was still there. I also noticed a new problem of the vibrations when the car goes above 55, even after rotating the tires. I returned the new parts to the auto store, and have been dealing with the screeching for over a month, . I plan on taking the vehicle into another service provider because this place seems to just want money from me, while making my vehicle worse. Every time I drive the vehicle now, I hear the screeching, feel the shaking in the steering wheel, and get angry because of a simple inspection that ruined this vehicle for me. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS. More
Pretty subpar experience with Orlando Gomes, he’s your prototypical used car salesman and the management of this dealership isn’t much better. Went to look at 2014 Jeep and made a verbal agreement that I would be buying this particular Jeep. The next day at 9:30 am called to put a hold payment on it as I couldn’t make it to finalize the purchase until a few days later. At 2:00 pm I messaged Orlando to see if I could move up our appointment to an earlier time and was informed that the Jeep actually was sold by the manager even after I placed a hold on it. Hard to know if Orlando would have let me know of this before coming in for our scheduled time, instead of giving a decent explanation he tried to sell me a Jeep for nearly $6,000 more. The whole experience was as shiesty as any car purchasing experience I could have imagined. The dealers are sleezy and management isn’t much better but what can you expect from a dealership in Johnston. Lesson learned More
