My G/F and I were in the market for a new car. .. We walked into their Johnston facility and were shortly introduced to a gentleman named "Donnie".. (Pardon the spelling if it's incorrect). Honestl .. We walked into their Johnston facility and were shortly introduced to a gentleman named "Donnie".. (Pardon the spelling if it's incorrect). Honestly, it was completely hassle free... He said "what can I/we do to gain your business today" and I thought that was big... He took down quick notes on what were looking for and what numbers we had to work with... make a long story short, we now have a brand new 2022 Elantra sitting in our driveway w/ payments that are absolutely reasonable. This was our first time actually leasing a vehicle and he took the time to answer our many many questions which helped put our minds at ease. After the paperwork was signed, he even came outside and helped hook up our cell phones to the car, explained the many different features and seemed to generally care about his customers happiness A+ experience overall. Just had to write a complaint email to there corporate American office, horrible service department and customer service, try to speak with the service manager about my complaint and she was "in a meeting American office, horrible service department and customer service, try to speak with the service manager about my complaint and she was "in a meeting" waited 4 days for her to call me, never did long meeting I guess, called back in and after being on hold for like 15 minutes she still could not come to the phone, took my Santa Fe to Tarbox Hyundai and never had an issue, also their customer service is on point. More

Worst experience ever had, this was my second time trying to buy a car there( first one was suceful, not great but ok) I went there trying to buy a kona, but the financial guy sent wrong info to the bank so to buy a car there( first one was suceful, not great but ok) I went there trying to buy a kona, but the financial guy sent wrong info to the bank so they took back the approved after being waiting a week, so I ask for my deposit back. The seller representative tell me that the only way was by sending me a check, it's been 3 weeks after that, and didn't get any notice, and when I try to call and explain my situation they just hung up on me, today I called like one time and after explain my situation they hung up, after that they never picked up again the phone, and two times the sales manager hung up and when I told him that it was my and my situation he just hung up. I would never recommend this place, they literally took your money from your pocket. More
