He said "what can I/we do to gain your business today" and I thought that was big... He took down quick notes on what were looking for and what numbers we had to work with... make a long story short, we now have a brand new 2022 Elantra sitting in our driveway w/ payments that are absolutely reasonable. This was our first time actually leasing a vehicle and he took the time to answer our many many questions which helped put our minds at ease. After the paperwork was signed, he even came outside and helped hook up our cell phones to the car, explained the many different features and seemed to generally care about his customers happiness A+ experience overall.
