Rude customer service! This is my second time here at Grieco auto service, first time I was not offer a car wash cause employee said it was too cold even thought it was temp This is my second time here at Grieco auto service, first time I was not offer a car wash cause employee said it was too cold even thought it was temperature above the requirements needed, my second experience was today I have an appointment at 1130 for an oil change, I simple walk into one of the available employees service desk and say hello I'm here for an oil change, the assistance manager Katie look up rudely and replied well where's your car, not realizing I parked at the designated area that I was told to. She then had me go to one of her employees, who was understanding and nice, I'm really disappointed that management would treat their customers so poorly... More
