Needed to get my 2016 Honda Pilot serviced because the transmission had a “judder”. They took it out to drive multiple times to get the transmission to do it so that they could capture it on the computer transmission had a “judder”. They took it out to drive multiple times to get the transmission to do it so that they could capture it on the computer and send it to Honda and it would be covered under the warranty. Got my car back within 24hrs. Great service!! The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is they gave me back my car on empty with no gas. More

worst dealership ever I recently wrote a long review earlier on this dealer prior to picking up my car. After being there for service from January 27th-April 7th to replace I recently wrote a long review earlier on this dealer prior to picking up my car. After being there for service from January 27th-April 7th to replace my wheels and tires at a complete inconvenience to me, I picked my car up today and they DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN IT!? It looked worse than when I dropped it off but I've never heard of a dealership that doesn't clean a customer's car after being there for any period of time nevermind over a 2-month period- also the fact that my car is LEASED from Honda. I returned the loaner car they let me use in better condition than mine. Not only that, they charged me $100 for an alignment after the terrible experience they put me through. I also realized when looking at the paperwork that the insurance they had on the car they gave me to drive expired at the end of March. The "assistant manager" Kate ultimately let me leave with this dissatisfaction but everyone i dealt with contributed to it. More

Air bag recall I brought my car in for the air bag. I got there early and they still took me right away. Everyone was fantastic and the service was excellent. Don't Service Your Vehicle At Grieco Honda In Johnston, RI Honestly, dealing with Grieco Honda Service department and resolution process is ‘highly disappointing’. I expected better! I no longer need anything from Grieco Honda of Johnston, RI. Can you believe it? I was driving my car with no oil, yet had no leak, and could have damaged my engine. My calls and matter was avoided until finally the service manager responded to my calls with no action and was prepared to do nothing. Grieco Honda of Johnston, RI put my wife and I through much frustration over the sale of oil change, transmission flush/fluid change service, and wiper blades. Services I paid for but services was not rendered and Midas Auto Service confirmed it. Someone dropped the ball and honestly, a timely response with simple sincere apology would have been sufficed because mistakes happen (unless this is a scam? but I will give them the benefit of the doubt). This is not about the money but the principle! Why compromise your company and its integrity for sake of your bottom-line; profitability. There cannot be much margin in a $249.05 sale? The cost of doing the right thing seems to be a challenge to you so I humbly donate $249.05 to you for the sake of peace. Is this a minority treatment practice or is this who and what Grieco Honda is? At this time, I want nothing to do with Grieco Honda of Johnston, RI and I highly encourage any and every one to do business elsewhere. Indulge in this, “What profit someone to gain everything but lose their soul.” I will not compromise my integrity. $249.05??? As a former Retail Store Manager for 7 years/ Banking Call Center Manager and now heading my own operations, I expected better. I am quite disappointed. I have to say, they do have some great people working there that knows how to make you feel valued but there all in the sales department. May be great customer service and customer loyalty does matter to Grieco Honda or just Grieco Honda in Johnston, RI, so I hope you don’t mind me sharing this experience and pictures of this experience to my followers and social media. In the event the customer experience matters to you, “I am highly dissatisfied!” More
