Krystal in the b After purchasing an Acura MDX in October I recently paid off the note and tried to get assistance with a refund of the gap insurance. Krystal in the business office was absolutely no help whatsoever. I handed her the paperwork from the finance company stating the car had been paid in full but she filed it as the car being totaled in a crash and we were denied the refund. Total incompetence. The manager was even less helpful. If you do end up buying from Metro, avoid contact with Krystal. She is really useless. More

Was first told we didn't qualify( they never even submitted the app to Honda Finance), then told that since we were getting such a good price on the car they needed to make it up on the financing, and finally told that promotional rate only applied if you paid full sticker price(a bold faced lie). Two days later we received calls and email attempting to resurrect the original deal. Totally untrustworthy group in my opinion. More

This is a well known defect Dealer knowingly sold a 2015 cr-v without divulging issues with transmission. The Cr-v shakes and vibrates uncontrollably. This is a well known defect with car that Honda and dealers have kept under wraps. They also have inflated mileage by at least 25 to 30 percent. I would never recommend this dealer or car. Total unethical dealer More

Service advisor is terrible Horrible service from service advisor Donna Koning. She never offer coffe, a coffee, or even the complimentary car wash voucher when I was there. Had Horrible service from service advisor Donna Koning. She never offer coffe, a coffee, or even the complimentary car wash voucher when I was there. Had my vehicle for 6 hours and when I returned nothing was done to it, supposedly I refused service they saw needed to be done, but only call I received was "my car is ready to be picked up". Asked her why I never was informed of possible work to be done she replied, "due to the volume of customers we had I didn't want to upsell you anything". xxx! So I said you figure you just lie and put on paper that I refused to work anyway. I won't be going there for anything again. More

While I am not a huge fan of th First the positive, I test drove the car that I requested to see, it looked in great condition and it drove perfectly. While I am not a huge fan of the Honda engines and acceleration profiles I thought it was a well designed car and was seriously considering buying it. The biggest competition was a 2013 Lincoln MKZ I was considering buying from Tasca Lincoln in Cranston. Now I had test drove the MKZ earlier the same day, in that case when I had gone out with the salesman and mentioned that I was going to be test driving the Accord later that day but thought I would probably go with the MKZ he told me not to be so fast, that the Accord was a good car, give it a chance and let the cars speak for itself. In the Accord test drive on the other hand the salesman did not mention that the MKZ was a good car instead focusing on the negatives such as the increased price due to brand naming and the increased cost of ownership. I did get a small laugh when the salesman was so sure that the Accord was superior to the MKZ that he showed me how much better rated it was on KBB, so he pulls up the Lincoln MKZ on KBB.com and shows me that it only got an 8.9 and how while that is out of 10 it isn't that great a score. Later when I pulled up the Honda Accord on the same site it is rated at an 8.2, and while I don't put much stock in user ratings, he should probably know the ratings of the cars he is selling before pushing me to view a site that is not favorable to his case. This is when the big problem started. I had come in for a test drive and even said at the beginning that I was there to just drive the car and then would think it over. The sales man was obviously pushing hard for a sale and insisted that he get me some numbers for me to check out. That wasn't that big of a problem as I was still considering the car so I said sure he can bring me some numbers. I gave him my information and he went in the back for some numbers. The first set of numbers he came back with were so insulting that I am ceasing all business with Metro Honda due to their predatory practices. The car I was viewing was listed at 21,599 and I had mentioned as such prior to him getting the numbers. When he came back he did not have a price for the car and only a list of expected monthly payments. For a 60 month loan he had an expected monthly amount of $475 and was pressuring me to sign now. Luckily I had some idea of what was reasonable ahead of time and when I double checked the math later the only way I could get there is with a 6+% interest rate and $30,000 price tag. Now I am aware that the $21,599 does not include certification, taxes, registration etc, but all those things combined do not add up to over $8000. This was confirmed when I questioned the numbers and he asked "Oh what were you expecting?" When I mentioned that I was expecting numbers in the $300's for a 60 month payoff he went off and wouldn't you know the next set of numbers had dropped over $100 per month. Now would I like to think they maybe made a mistake and written it up for the wrong car or price? While that is possible I feel he should have had an idea of what is reasonable considering that is his job and that this is a predatory move designed to con the less informed into paying far more than the car is worth. After that the numbers just kept dropping as I stated that I would need to think it over and that I wanted to leave with him pressuring me incredibly to buy that night even though I had already stated that before I would buy anything I needed my father-in-law, who is a third-generation auto body technician and owner of an auto body shop, to inspect the car. By the time I left the amount had dropped to $334 per month, almost $150 lower then the initial offers that had been on the table. Because of this even though I had purchased my wife's Honda Civic from there several years ago, and we have been servicing her car there ever since, I am no longer going to be doing business with your dealership and we will be taking out business elsewhere. Courteous Staff Brought my elderly mother in to price out tires for her 2006 Honda Civic. Found prices comparable and they even match a quote from local tire store. Brought my elderly mother in to price out tires for her 2006 Honda Civic. Found prices comparable and they even match a quote from local tire store. We were able to have tires put on, car aligned and car inspected as promised. Donna arranged for Ralph to pick my mother up at home so I wouldn't have to leave work to bring her down. She even told me Donna walked her out to her car because it had been raining and she didn't want her to slip on wet surface. I will always be grateful for the kindness and consideration shown to me and my mother. More

I was helped immediately by Mike Silva... he was extremely knowledgeable about my Honda accord and answered all my questions with confidence. I showed concern about buying the car that same day because it was dark so I couldn't see if the vehicle had any imperfections, Mike of course came up with the solution of pulling it inside so we had a perfect view of the entire car. While my financing was going through the vehicle was being detailed and cleaned, so I took it home that same day! I was so pleased with my experience and would absolutely purchase another car from Metro. Ask for Mike Silva!! More
